Great pool. It has a diving board!! I couldnt believe. I know of no other pool that has one. Plenty of room to lounger too. Had a blast here.

Fix the bathrooms * need some upgrade- we going be there every month for Dancing/ Sr.grathing : Be nice if u could do some needed upgrades..

Unexpected hidden gem tucked away in the Colonies North neighborhood. Beautiful, spacious swimming venue great for pool parties. Management does an excellent job maintaining the facilities and stays engaged with the community by holding fun neighborhood events throughout the year.

Did a catering here. Its a nice place to have an even except.for the caterers. There is alot of stairs to takenthe equipment in. It was a workout

Very clean and family friendly

This is an amazing pool. Not crowded. They clean everything every 30 min. And they check your temperature before entering. Everyone stays socially distanced. Im so glad we joined.

Came to the banquet hall for a kids birthday, really big on the inside, more then enough for a birthday party. Average size stage. Kitchen area is a good size as well. Would recommend for a kids bday party!!

I can’t say thank you enough to Tae! She helped make our daughter’s sweet 16 a flawless event. She is helpful, so sweet and was on top of everything. We wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Colonies House is a great neighborhood amenity. The pool is amazing and my family has a great time. The halls is spacious and Ive coordinated several Vance Jackson Neighborhood events in the hall with great results.The board is great with maintenance, improvements and management of the life guards. I feel confident as a dad knowing my kids co-supervised by guards who take their jobs seriously.

The pool was cool,played tennis with Dennis, had some bub at the club. Bubbly... its a clean and nice place

Visited the hall for a friends graduation party. Very spacious and roomy. Only slight downside is the restroom. It was clean but it was outside the hall through a connecting door. All in all not bad.

We go to the dances they sponsor. Music always great

Since the first time we (friend ) met her family there for and outing I fell in love with the pool and banquet hall so much so that at the Halloween dance 2018 I proposed to my now fiancée. Our wedding too will be there at the early part of 2019. We are looking forward to all the activities planned at colonies for this year 2019. There board and staff are top notch. Ive been going to Collinies House pool for the last three or four years. My family always has a great time. Lots of shade, lots of great company, many barbecue grills to use, and the pool is always clean. Very family oriented. Parking is great.

Love the pool. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. I felt welcomed. Just wish the pool could open earlier.

The large room is available for rental and has kitchen facilities. It is well maintained but the building is approximately 60 years old. Restrooms are shared with the adjacent neighborhood swimming pool.

Nice pool, diving board, kid pool and concessions. Covered tables and nice green shady areas.

Whatever you do dont park here without letting the HOA know. YOU WILL BE TOWED!

The right price for a local watering hole. My grandchildren love the diving board and run, dive and swim in a circle for lengthy periods.You should join for the year and swim here all the time.
