When I was purchasing my first new car from a dealership I was quoted a rate of over 500$/mo for full coverage. After discussing things with Trutela they were able to get me rates of 250$ and lower, and continue to keep my rates low.They have always reached out annually to renew on my behalf, they have always offered to explore other options or speak with insurance on behalf for anything I need.Hours of operation are also extremely lenient compared to most insurance companies so it is nice to be able to have a conversation about insurance when needed instead of when someones lunchbreak may be, like my experiences with Progressive.

We were politely met and immediately taken care of by the office staff. This is the worst agency ever. I purchased my homeowners thru them in 2013. Never bothered them once and today the so called Manager, Joseph, hung up on my because I called him out on his lack of commitment. He told me he was calling me the next day at 3pm and never did. He gets one of their reps to call me three days later with a different quote all together than the one given to me from an employee who, conveniently is no longer there. These people are shaky to say the least. I would think about it twice before using them. They lack professionalism and honor. The woman who is no longer there was very nice and helpful. I can see how anyone would not want to work there

I have multiple policies and the communication and service has always met my expectations. Thank you.
