I had lots of issues in the past with my insurance accounts and she has not only given me ease of mind, helped me save a ton, but keeps in touch to make sure my account is in good standing, and inquiring if I need any other services. Before, once places got my money, I never heard from them again. She is better than Jake from State Farm himself.... ask for Raquel.

Love this agency! I work with Sandy for all my insurance needs! She is super nice and professional. She works diligently to get the lowest rates with the most coverage. I was with an online insurance company and she blew away their rates with amazing coverage. I have an 4 generation 4Runner, and her rates were so good I carry full coverage. She beat Allstate by half with way more coverage. My girlfriend has been with Allstate for 21 years and when she told them she was going with another company they didn’t try to work on her insurance rates. They just told her she would have to email them. Wow! I send all my clients for their RV insurance to her because they are a fair, honest and easy to deal with agency!

Terrible service. Asked for call back from agent and he never bothered to call me back. I guess a good customer isn’t worth a five minute phone call and loyalty doesn’t mean anything. Every time you call you get a different get equally incompetent person. Bills are constantly screwed up and even the simplest things are a three ring circus act. I guess I should thank them for their bad service since it’s causing me to get quotes elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

I was with state farm and the same agent since I moved to Texas in 1982, he was a great agent unfortunately he retired about three years ago. Went with Kevin McStravic because he was close to home, biggest mistake. Did not realize before that not all agents try to help their clients. My house was hit by the hail storm April 2016. The roof, skylights, gutters and many minor things were destroyed and needed to be replaced. I had replacement value and thought that it meant anything I had to replace would be covered at todays cost. Got the adjusters report which didnt make any sense to me and called my agents office to get clarification. Was told one thing and then I was told I should have done something else. Did not understand the adjusters report and called my Agent again, spoke to someone in the office (agent never available) and they told me not to worry about it I had replacement value, have the work done and submit the bills. I didnt get paid for one large skylight, it wasnt cracked just all fogged up and I guess that didnt count. I was also told I had two years to get everything fixed and or replaced, when I submitted a bill recently for a new deck roof was told that there was no more money for me and also I wouldnt get paid for new gutters or anything else that was in the adjusters report that I hadnt replaced. I called my agent and he wouldnt talk to me, he is worse than useless.The funny thing is I just got a call from his office requesting I come in to discuss my insurance needs for the future. I cancelled my policies with state farm and went with another insurance company about three weeks ago.
