I was given Devin Hidalgo’s name and phone number by the corporate office of State Farm as the holder of my deceased mother’s insurance records. I contacted Devin and found he did not have her records after all, but offered to help me with my issue. He was able to use his resources and abilities to find the document I needed and he did it in ONE DAY! I can’t thank him enough for going out of his way to help me.

Requested a cancellation on my policy sept 28 and up to now they still didnt cancel it!! And they havent cancel the automated payment to my bank!! Never have this problem with my other insurance it usually take a day to cancel a policy!! They still didnt cancel the renewal and still schedule to take $900 from my bank.
