Originally contacted about homeowners insurance renewal end of January due to policy renewal in mid-March. They have been the agent for this policy since we built the home 4 years ago. Honestly, I hadnt paid much attention to the increases in premiums year over year but did this year as the rate increase was astronomical. They promised me back in the beginning of February a new quote with other companies and that they could beat the current company. Since that time, they have been unresponsive to emails and phone calls and my current coverage will either renew or expire on Saturday. So I guess I am stuck shopping for insurance myself.

I have motorcycle insurance with them which is a competitive business. Jorge checks for better rates without prompting and then lets me know what changes I might make if any. I could not be happier with the service and rate for my insurance.

I cannot speak highly enough of Arch Insurance, Jorge in particular. Every time I call, Jorge is so polite, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Normally I dread having to make adulting phone calls, but not when I call Arch Insurance. Its easy, theyre super helpful, and I feel really satisfied with the rates we pay. I trust them to find the best price for our coverage, and dont ever feel the need to shop around.

Tim Arch and all of his agents Ive had the pleasure of working with are all fantastic! Ive happily been with them for my home, auto, and motorcycle policies for years and actually left my familys favorite insurance agent of a decade to come to Arch Insurance since their rates and customer service are so great!Rapid responses by email and phone so I feel confident using them even though I do not live in their area.

Great people and great service. The staff there is always happy to help with my insurance changes. Very easy to get a hold of to make changes to my policies. The part I like most is getting called that the plan I am on is about to go up so they can find the same service with another company and switch me over saving me money.

I have been delayed in thanking Arch Insurance, especially Juliana, for helping us save a great amount of money on our car and flood insurance. I cried with tears of joy when she gave me the great news about the drop in price for our coverage. She went above and beyond to help me and my family! I highly recommend this company.

I have been a customer/client of Arch Insurance Services since 2011. THAT in itself should tell you a lot about my experience with them. Mr. Jorge Pena has always been available to answer questions and to assist with a claim when needed. He has always been very courteous and patient and will find the best rates when a new vehicle is added to my policy. Mr. Pena has called me to let me know he has found better rates for me even when I wasnt shopping around. We even change our homeowners insurance to work with Mr. Pena. I dont see myself using another company for my insurance needs anytime soon.

Ive been doing business with Arch Insurance for years now. Cant say enough good things about their services. My agent, Mr. Jorge Peña, goes out of his way to get me the best rates in both Home, Auto, and Motorcycle insurance. He actually notifies me periodically if a better deal is available to me. No need for me to look elsewhere for my insurance needs. Highly recommend!

Have been doing business with Arch Insurance for over 5 years and have not had any issues. Mr. Pena is the agent that I have had since day one. Arch Insurance was the agency that I went through to obtain my auto and renters insurance. When my son turned 18, I was informed that he could no longer be on my policy past the renewal date since he had an out of state license. I called in March to confirm the stop date and to get pricing for my new policy. At that time I was told that my account was locked since my son was being removed, but they would call me back with the new policy cost. I never heard back from them but based on the fact that I was told my son was automatically being removed, I was under the impression that my policy would continue as was. The dates monies are generally removed from my account are the 23rd or 24th of each month. I called today to find out why my account had not been drafted yet, and was told that Germania did not renew my policy because of my son. This was confusing since they told me my son was automatically being removed yet I was told today that I had to physically remove him. I was also told there was a not in the system that stated Juliana had called me on the 24th and left a message. I never received a call from her nor a message. They are taking no responsibility for their actions and placing this on me. I was told the owner, Tim Arch, would call me ASAP with no actual day or time. I now am an uninsured motorist, and after getting upset, I was told by Jorge to seek insurance elsewhere. When I called Germania directly, I was told that they could have reinstated my policy which was never even offered. There have been many issues with this company, but this tops the cake. I am appalled at how this entire situation worked out and the lack of communication is discerning.

Customer service has gone downhill. I had been with them for many years. Recently they do not return phone calls or emails and do not quickly and efficiently handle renewals. Stay away..
