This office has been horrible lately the new woman in this office not sure who she is always gives me issues regarding mt policy. She emailed me the incorrect ID card she sent me someone elses policy and that to me is violation of privacy. My credit card was also charged with someone elses policy unbelievable. I dont even know how this office is still in business.I will report them to the big guys for doing this. I eventually got in contact with the woman whos policy they emailed me and she is also in the works of getting this office reported.They never answer calls or provide any help. I recommend anyone to please stay away from this office or your private information will get disclosed.
