This car insurance company is expensive for 1 car people are really friendly but wish they lower there price for stuff especially during a pandemic on a lot of people dont have a lot of money to pay on car insurance but I no that never happened because they like all the money they hear from me and I never used because I never had a car accident

I just signed up last week and all my information has been wrong from the start, I’ve had to call this office and the main headquarters many times to fix many things... like my banking information, my address, my policy wasn’t setup with my mortgage company, they gave me the wrong policy at first then changed it after we had questions... I’ve never had so many problems with signing up for insurance. The quote they gave us was great but I’m worried now if I made the right decision.
