Roten insurance & the Roten family are the best. They take great care of their clients and treat you like you are family. They are also active and generous in the community.

Horrible company to do business with! The owner is extremely rude and not accommodating to their own mistakes. Charged my company for a policy we had asked for a quote for and tried to say that it was binding? Now we owe them $275 that will be sent to collections if not paid! Im glad I know how they work before using them again, I can only imagine how awful it would be if I actually needed them.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! BEWARE this company is horrible ! Never in a million years would I recommend this company to anyone the agent was uncaring and never responsive to any emails. We had to investigate and call the insurance company ourself to resolve a problem that the agent could have handled with a simple phone call instead we had to spend a month jumping through hoops trying to save our companies policies just for it turn out to be an error on the insurance company side.
