So far so good! Samantha helped us immediately and showed us the right set of washer and dryer in one shot! We pick it up on Friday and Ill leave an update. I shouldve asked about delivery though... thats my fault.
STAY AWAY! Inspected and estimated hookup of water and ice-maker on my 35 year old Lady Kenmore side by side refrigerator. Its probably worth less than $1000, but as long as it works its better than the cost of a new one. He turned on the water and it worked. Checked the Ice-maker and said it didnt. TOTAL estimate for labor, trip, part and installation (ice-maker) $747.92. I dropped my teeth. Told him (or rather his wife, he stayed out in the truck) to cancel the part. ($412). Turns out the part from Whirlpool, retail plus shipping is $125. A 297% markup. I said NO Way! I paid him $300.93. After he was gone I realized his estimate included a return trip to install the part. No second trip. No installation. My cost should have been less than $150. So I was hosed anyway. It was probably getting close to his boat payment!

I called Clara on Monday to set an appointment to fix my LG refrigerator. She gave me an appointment on Tuesday from 1-5pm. On Tuesday, I called her to confirm. She said that she didnt have the authorization from LG. I asked why she didnt tell me so that I didnt have to wait. She simply said that her company cancelled this appointment (without noticing me). I told her that I wanted to talk to her manager and she said that she was the manager (a manager answered the call? No wonder how many technicians this company has so that it has to cancel it promised ). In my opinion, she is a liar. This company cannot be trusted. I will never work with this company.

Stay away!!! They were given a Work Order from Sears to do our annual Washer service. ASAP NEVER Showed up to do the service, NEVER called to say they were not coming, and their Answering Machine says you cannot leave a Message, you have to send them an Email and then they will respond (which I doubt!!!). I submitted a Customer Complaint to Sears Warranty Service. ASAP needs to change their name to NEVER!!!
We were referred by them by our Home Choice warranty and they came a day earlier than schedule and did a good job repairing my dryer. they had the part and installed it and did some recommendations. My overall experience was pretty good with them
I has the worst experience with this provider. They made me wait over eight hours to come the first time and the second an additional eight hours plus and they did not fix the ice maker when I rescheduled and waited an additional day and they never showed up. Called the company and they said they never had an appointment and the warrenty the tech is named Daniel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR SERVICE.

Been trying to call no response the email they give you isnt the correct one Ive been trying to get my stove repaired from the first repair job they fixed the stove top but broke the oven !!!!!! now I cant reach them great job right 😒 😒
My home warranty company hired Appliance Services and Affordable parts to fix my refridgerator. My warranty company, Total Protect, ordered the compressor that was needed to fix my refridgerator but they sent the wrong one. Pete was able to get my refridgerator running by replacing some parts he got off the wrong compressor. He followed up with Total Protect and let them know they sent the wrong compressor and needed to order the right one. Dealing with Total Protect has been a nightmare. However, Im very grateful for my technician Pete and the dispatch girls, Clara and Jessica, for all their help. They have followed up with Total Protect and kept me in the loop during the entire process. Pete even called me the day after fixing my refridgerator to make sure it was still working. I will definitely use them again without having to go through my warranty company. Thank you guys for all your help!
My story is too long and drawn out to be bothered with writing it here. Just take my, and others who reviewed heres advice, DO NOT USE this company. They are horrible. Their tech had no idea what he was doing. They trashed our house. Left black soot EVERYWHERE. When I complained the technician stood up, refused to finish and left my home. He then proceeded to tell his boss, the owner - Pete something or another, that I threatened him - bold faced lia. LOL WOW...terrible service, broke my fridge, refused to fix it and on top of it all they are LIARS.I cannot believe a place like this is still in business.***UPDATED - in regards to your companies response: If being aggressive towards your repair tech is getting mad because he trashed my house then ya, your adjective would be accurate. Not sure what home owner would be ok with you spewing black soot everywhere, not cleaning it up and then leaving the home after BEING PAID and not completing the job. Your company will very likely get what it deserves in the long run.***UPDATED AGAIN!! - this company actually BROKE our fridge. Their tech broke our fridge and then left. We had SoBellas come out and they confirmed it. I just got off the phone with the owner and he said, come down here! Come down here and we will see what youre made of! Trying to entice me into a physical altercation. WOW. Real classy Pete.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! This was the company chosen by my home warranty company. My dryer has been broken since July the 3rd, and every time I try to get in touch with them I e had to leave a message. Sometimes they don’t call back until a couple of days later. The guy that came out to do the diagnostics test was rude, and he was supposed to get an approval for me before leaving my house, but said it’d be a couple of days. After fighting with them to get the approval for parts, they said they’d be in on Mo day. I called today (Wednesday) and of course had to leave a message. They call me back at 8:00 at night to tell me, they just got the parts earlier...yeahvright...🙄 I then told him they’ll have to come at it after 4:30 pm. The guy tells me it’s too busy by where I lice, and he’ll have to check, otherwise I’ll have to start all over again with my home warranty company. Such a horrible experience, save yourself some stress and go elsewhere!
