My father had the unfortunate experience of unknowingly choosing this company to do work in our home before doing our homework. We are STILL waiting on an alleged back ordered part with no communication since July 12th. Voice mail FULL, so you cant leave a message, when you finally can, they arent returned. We will be taking legal steps to get our money back and buyer beware.😡😡😡😡

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are rip off crooks. My double oven went dead and unfortunately I called A.R.S. Appliance Repair, Jesse and Sons, to come out and repair the oven. Jesse arrived and didnt seem to know what he was doing. He started taking the oven apart and had pulled the entire oven out and then removed the control board, dropping it on the floor, and said it was bad and had to be replaced at a cost of $593. My wife had a bad feeling about this man and looked him up on reviews and saw how many complaints were against him for poor service, not fixing appliances and not return to fix it, refusing to answer the peoples calls, over charging, etc. After the poor reviews my wife saw, she told him to stop what he was doing and leave. He charged us $162 for taking the oven all apart, which was laying all over the floor. We paid him and left. Then my wife wife called Whirlpool and had them send out one of their authorized service technicians. When he arrived, he couldnt believe what he saw or what Jesse had told us. He said the control board was fine and the only problem was the fuse that protects the control board was bad and needed to be replaced. The fuse cost $28. He also said there was absolutely no reason to take the oven apart to reach the fuse. He charged us $220 for the new fuse and to reassemble the many parts of the oven that Jesse had taken apart. A.R.S. are rip off crooks, never use them.
This is the second time Ive used Jesse & Sons ; Im pleased with their work.Nicholas is knowledgeable and professional .He is also personable .It is also nice that a 10 % discount is given for doing the repair ; also discount for return customers .You dont see that very often.Thanks to them I wont have to replace my dryer for a while !!!
Very unprofessional people. They installed a timer (that I purchased) on a dryer and the dryer stopped working only a couple of days after. Whenever I called them to ask for the technician to come back to check what the problem was, they kept making excuses saying that they were busy with other clients and that they would contact me to schedule a visit but they never did! I kept on calling all week and they actually blocked my number SMH. Then, I called from a different number and Jesse blatantly hung up on me! I was very surprised bc the technician named Jesus was very helpful whenever he installed the timer but the young guy who answers the phones, Jesse, has an attitude and as I said acted very unprofessional screening my calls and hanging up on me twice whenever I got a hold of him.
I have used this company several times with good success. But on the last visit to fix my refrigerator, the repair did not work the way it was anticipated. So the company sent out the technician again to fix the problem. The second visit still did not fix the problem after they replaced another part (at no charge). But the refrigerator was still not working properly ( freezer was working great, the refrigerator was not getting cool). After a promise to look into this situation and a promise to come back out and reprogram the computer board to fix the problem..NOTHING. THEY WILL NOT EVEN ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS. I have even offered to pay for another service call to fix my refrigerator, but they wont even do that.
Beware!!! One star is too generous, Jesse took our money and left town. This is a family owned & operated company, Jesse his sons, his brother (as a helper only). Jesse Sr. charged us $800 to fix our Kitchenaid Fridge and he came back tried again and it still doesnt work. We continued to call and always one of the sons would say theyre waiting on a part and would get back to us. Then they just stopped answering the phone, we left message after message and never received a return call. A year later and the son Jesse Jr finally tells us ARS is not in business anymore. To sue or not to sue??
Well this is my experience, we paid Jesse to further mess up our dryer, instead of repairing it,drum was making a loud noise, didnt bother to fix it,and then tried to remove setting dial with pliers and scratched that all up ? Please do not do business with these people.
