I scheduled an appointment with Koch on 8/18/21 for today 8/19/21 between 12:30-1:30 when no one showed up I called and spoke with Koch he stated he did not have me on the schedule at anytime at all not even a future appointment. I told him we scheduled it just the day before and I wrote the time down and who I spoke with which was him Koch and he responded condescending with “well, I said my name when I answered so that’s probably how you got my name.” I took time off of work for this appointment he didn’t even apologize he just treated me like I called and made up an appointment date and time. I will post a screen shot of your business phone number with the date of our original conversation 8/18/21 and the length of time of our conversation when I get to my office tomorrow which is the number I called you from on 8/18/21.

Our dryer was having issues heating up and then just decided to not work at all. After looking at new dryer prices online (and being mortified at how much they cost) we called here. I called the company on thursday, Koch answered and was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. Friday when he arrived he was prompt and friendly. He advised us that our belt had broken, and replaced it. He did advise us, that it may come loose and if that occurs to call him and he will come back. Well as luck would have probably 30 minutes after he left, the dryer stopped working again. I called Koch back friday late afternoon and left a VM advising that the dryer had stopped working again. My call was returned on Saturday afternoon, and I proceeded to explain to Koch what occurred. He advised me that he would come monday afternoon to look at the dryer again. On monday Koch arrived on time and took another look at the dryer. The belt had snapped again, and it ended up that some metal thing was misaligned and rubbing against the rubber belt causing it to malfunction/snap. Koch completely took apart the entire dryer to fix the issue and ensured it was in working order prior to leaving. this story thankfully has a happy ending, as i now have a dryer that works. yay.

Highly recommend, Called Sunday night on Samsung dryer not working and got to us on Tuesday morning on time. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Open and tested and found the temperature thermostat not working, replaced it, closed and had the dryer working in no time. total cost was very reasonable.

My dryer gave out during a load one day. Next day I called Around the Clock Appliance Repair and they informed me upfront there is a 59.99 service fee. They told me they could squeeze me in immediately so I booked them and within 30 minutes Adam showed up to my house to address the problem. He had the part to fix my dryer on hand and a small fee for labor. All in all my bill came out to $140 after tax and I couldnt be Happier! I think this price is very reasonable as Adam was very Polite, Efficient, and Quick! Within 30 minutes my dryer was Fixed and placed back together. From the time I made the call to schedule, one hour is all it took to have it fixed and running and with 3 kids including a newborn baby I couldnt be happier knowing it would have taken me a several hours to fix myself. The price would have been more but Adam was nice enough to give a discount on the labor for being a good person! I could not have had a more positive experience with Around The Clock. Kosh got my in quickly, showed up when he said he was going to, showed me what the problem was, and fixed it right away. While he was working on my dryer, he got several calls, and was very up front with them about scheduling and price. I like that it is a small company, but not a one-man show, so you can get a quick appointment, but you dont have a random tech showing up at your house.

Kosh was super professional, shared his findings and was honest on what was needed and not needed. I will definitely be calling him if any appliances break again!

I will say he was here quickly and was friendly however he charged me $60 for a “service charge” then wanted to charge another $80 and $45 to repair it (part and labor) $200 to repair a 12 year old washer just seems high. I decided to just replace the set for a couple hundred more. MOST companies waive the service charge if they do the job but not this one. After reading the reviews I didn’t even bother to ask since others had quoted an average of $30 I assumed (that’s on me one should never assume) they would be about the same.The reason for the low score though is he charged me $60 and left my washing machine away from the wall and left the screws and cap off the back cover leaving it for me to do. For $60 he could have at least left it the way it was but nope easiest $60 for 5 minutes of time anyone will ever make. I understand a service charge but on a Monday at 10 am shouldn’t be rates of an “emergency” and the least one could do is leave it the way you found it. I’m sure this would be a great option for nights, weekends and holidays when you “expect” to pay more. I’ve had other appliances worked on before and never been charged this high for a “consultation”

Service charge was a bit steep($60). He knew my problem before he came here. He happened to have an extra part in his truck. Also quoted me $100 for the part, then wanted another $30 to plug it in. I found the part locally for about $60, and plugged it in myself. He was nice, and professional. The problem he diagnosed was actually the problem. Prices were just too steep for me.

Horrible service. They take forever to come back out and actually fix something. They dont take responsibility for anything. Broke a part on my appliance. Said theyd replace it and never did. Blamed it on someone else. Id never use this company again.

I highly recommend their service. They will tell you upfront if they believe you need a different service. I called for a drier repair and they recommended I have the vent checked and cleaned first rather than just go and charge for a service call.

Adam from Around the Clock Appliance Repair was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. I set up an appointment and when the day arrived, he showed up, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. My oven was not heating properly and he was able to promptly troubleshoot the issue and address it. Ultimately, it was a calibration issue. After calibrating the oven, he tested it a few times, and it marked the proper heating setting in his sensor device. He told me they would guarantee/warranty any work for 90 days and to give him a call if anything came up again. Thank you Adam!

First time using this company to fix my Samsung Dryer, and I was very impressed. I called on 12/30/2019 at 10:29 am, and Kosh (one of the owners) said he could come and fix my dryer the same day. He actually came on 12/30/2019 at 12:00 am, fixed the heating element for the dryer, and was done within an hour. I was going to purchase a new dryer, but instead the repairs were much cheaper. Kosh was on time and was able to fix both daughters LG refrigerator and Samsung stove. He even share some wisdom, do not use the self cleaning cycle on a stove. Most of the calls based on this issue is the stove is protecting itself from over heating, causing a thermal fuse to go out. The pricing was the best in town.
