I had the pleasure of two rides with Stone Oak Limousine when I visited San Antonio. Both times the drivers were on time or early and presented very professionally. The vehicles were very nice and comfortable. I will always call on Stone Oak when in the area. Thank you for taking the worry out of travel.

Rusty & James are very professional and courteous! James our driver came 15 minutes early and was so helpful! The limo was clean and beautiful! We had them for 5 hours for an anniversary party. Such a blast! I highly recommend this Company! Two thumbs up! 👍 👍

This place is how transportation is done!! Absolute great experience every time we book. Rusty always the transportation we need for our events, and these drivers have got to be some of the best San Antonio has got. We know we don’t have to worry about a thing when we travel in style with these fellas.

Rusty was fantastic with offering advice for our limo service for our two families with college-age students. Ronnie, our driver, arrived early, was accommodating to all of our requests, and was unfailingly polite and good humored! We had a blast, and I would highly recommend Stone Oak as a great New Years Eve ride! Ronnie found a great place for us to watch the fireworks to end our evening.

My first time working with Stone Oak Limo service. Great service from start to finish. Rusty, the owner worked with me to arrange the service and then picked us up on the day of the event. He was friendly and professional the whole way. The car was clean and comfortable. Rusty was 10 minutes early to the correct pick up point and drop off point. After talking with him, I discovered he is hiring veterans. As a recently retired military person, I really appreciate his taking a chance on a veteran. We will use his service again for an upcoming birthday party.thanks again Rusty for a great ride and even better service.Another review for Stone Oak Limo. This is our third time using the service in a year and it was a great ride. The scheduling call was friendly and flexible. The day of our trip, we received a call in the morning, confirming pickup time and location. We were offered an upgrade to our ride as well. Our pickup was on time and in the correct location. Tom, our driver, was friendly and professional. He knew where we were going and when we were coming back. Our car was clean and safe. The ride was great both coming and going. Overall another great experience with Stone Oak Limo service. We will continue to use them for all our transportion needs.

I wouldnt rate this limo service with any positive feedback. I wish there was a negative star!!! I rented and prepaid for a party bus for our kids for prom in February. At last minute he called and said it broke down the night before. So they sent a bus which would not hold all the kids. We were promised a refund for the kids that ended up having to drive themselves and still have not received a dime of a refund. Horrible Service!!! I had to give them a star, otherwise I couldnt post my bad experience.

Rushed customer service when setting up the appointment.No Confirmation calls... no receipts of services..Late on Day one...NO SHOW on pickup date from airport.This is UNACCEPTABLE. I do not appreciate having to find my own trans after Ive already planned and paid for it.NO SHOWING a customer is UNACCEPTABLE.BEWARE Please go back to the basics of Great customer service... If you feel rushed and wary of your first conversation with the person on the other line of your Quote... Go with someone else that treats you with Great Customer Service. He didnt even give me the courtesy and call to tell me his driver wouldnt be there... He TEXTED ME!He deserves less. A transportation company.... NO SHOWED ME on Final Day Pickup.

CAUTION very unprofessional limo business and manager. Cancelled service 8 days before event due to death of mother in law and brother in law. Manager of company promised reimbursement 11/25/16 never did. Multiple attempts to communicate with manager. Hes angry disrespectful and constantly hangs up or no answer. All because Im asking for my refund. Finally decided to open investigation with bank - no benefit of funds. Just got letter from bank my case is closed with no refund. In process of appealing the case. Called manager after all this time to inform him I am still out of these funds and he said to call my bank and hang up. He has $630.00 of my very hard worked funds and refused to return it. Check out BBB multiple complaints by others. Some similar experiences. Charged my credit card 4 times instead of 1 time. Wont return any calls or emails to discuss. I had to file a dispute with my CC company and put a block so they cannot charge my card. Poor customer service.

The issue I have is that this business has refused to refund to me the over charged amount. I caution those who are looking for limo service to find a more reputable company. Stone Oak Limousine claims to be a professional and reliable limo service, however, my experience with this company and the manager/owner Rusty has been far from this. Do NOT, under any circumstance, use this company.I originally booked services with Stone Oak Limousine August 19, 2016 for my wedding. I spoke with Rusty over the phone for this booking. He rushed through the conversation and immediately debited the entire amount of $540 out of my account. I did not receive a confirmation email or a receipt for this service. Within 36 hours, I found a better option and canceled services with this company.Rusty, the owner agreed to refund the entire amount on August 25th. On August 26th, Rusty emailed a copy of the receipt showing the return had been made. As of October 4, 2016, I have yet to see a refund. The copy of the receipt shows that the return was made offline; it was also never batched. I have contacted my bank on several occasions, and there is no record of the deposit in my pending account. Rusty stated he would contact his bank; this was never done. Over the past several weeks, I have emailed Rusty about this on numerous occasions. I have even gone as far as filing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. He has not responded.I am extremely disappointed with Rusty’s complete lack of professionalism and business practices. I have been patient in the entire process. I realize smaller businesses have overhead costs and may not be able to make a return immediately, however, it has been almost two months since the verbal and written promise of a refund. This is beyond ridiculous.Use caution and think twice before believing the positive reviews on Stone Oak Limo’s website, Yelp, and Google.

My experience with this company has been appalling. I called to schedule a meeting to view their fleet and someone called Rusty (manager I assume) keeps giving me the run around. I have contacted this company 3 times to schedule a meet. 1st time he blew me off saying I didnt make an appointment so no one was here when I came over. We agreed for Friday mornings since I work out of town and thats the only time Im free and also that was the time Mr. Rusty said the cars will be available. He gave me instructions to follow if I was to show up on Friday... 1. He said to call him to schedule an appointment2. He said to call the day before to confirm that I will show up and also to make sure the cars will be available to show me.3. Show up on Friday morning at 7am.All these I did... I even made an extra effort to call him while I was driving to his office and he told me a driver would be there waiting for me to show me the cars. Only for me to show up here and no one is here. I have been waiting outside his office for over 30mins and also called the company number which I used to speak to him less than 10mins before I arrived here and no one is picking up. I have called every minute in the last 20-30 mins and no response.This company has wasted my time... time I should have used to drop of my son and get back to work online.He also has a nasty attitude. Sounds like someone whow thinks he is above every one.
