Used ETI to rent classic Rolls Royce getaway car for our wedding. Beautiful car, complete with super cool driver. Well worth it. Highly recommend.

The reservation specialist was especially impatient and rude. Not good qualities for the first person you come in contact with in a service business. Our conversation lasted just long enough for me to easily decide not to use this company for my sons prom vehicle rental.

Everyone at ETI (but specifically Dee) went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was PERFECT! The shuttle schedule was strategically planned, and everything went as scheduled! She worked with me for almost a year, and always loved helping me! I also work at a wedding venue in Spring Branch, so ETI has always been the top shuttle company I recommend to all of my brides! They do a fantastic job every time! My guests were able to have an amazing time, because they knew the shuttles would take care of them and get them to the hotel safely!

ETI Limo Company is not a very good company to work for. They require you to give them a deposit of $200.00 and they refuse to give it back to you or for that matter even get back to you. Some of the people who work there are plain rude and the whole office is completely TOXIC. They expect you to buy their business cards and they refuse to give you any business. Many drivers quit working for this place just like yellow cab because it just wasnt worth the drama. I left for a better place and found that the stress level went away just like other drivers did. I am pretty sure they will reply with a negative comment but I dont care and I hope that other people will find their experience better than mine.

I have been working with ETI to coordinate my wedding transportation needs. They have an great, navigable website and an online agent available for questions. Heather was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with setting up an on-site visit to see their vehicles. They were extremely patient with me and let me see every vehicle in their fleet, which are all gorgeous and immaculately maintained! Dee was so great to work with and truly passionate about making sure all your transportation needs are taken care of! She helped me plan out a timeline and had great advice. Another big perk was that they INCLUDE tips in their rates. Cant wait for for their service on the day of!

The call taker was amazingly pleasant and kind. The cab was so very clean and the driver was extremely knowledgeable. Unlike yellow cab they actually give you realistic wait time.They sent a cab to me within 15 minutes. love the service & I would highly recommend!

I used the company last year for my daughters prom and will using them again this year. Drivers are very friendly and I feel safe for my daughter to be driven by ETI drivers. I’m looking forward to my daughters senior prom to be a memorable one with ETI!! Thank you Kenny for having patience with me during the reservation process!!!

Cab driver in taxi #26 is WONDERFUL!! Our guests love him. He is one of the few drivers left that will actually get out to open the door and help with luggage He gives a little extra with his knowledgeable information of the history of the city. What a great asset to San Antonio tourism!

Service was great,William Connor went above and beyond. I was visiting from Georgia when I lost phone in one of the cabs. The driver turned it in and William not only called me but since I had already returned to ga. He took my phone to fed -x and sent back to me asking only for cost of shipment which he just paid for. First Class I Highly Recommend.And I really enjoyed the people and city of San Antonio Texas.

We just had our Wedding and ETI Limousine & Charter did a outstanding job with our request. We also had a last minute change, and they were there to help us out in anyway possible. Their service was amazing and I would definitely recommend them to others! We used their White Limo Bella and oh my god, it was beautiful and perfect for us!

WORST SERVICE EVER!Worst experience ever! Our usual company that we use had double booked our car. So we where very upset and called ETI. In all honesty we where going to switch had the service been impeccable. However, the driver was 40 mins late picking us up for a corporate party. In which I was speaking and did not make my speech because of the driver was late. When we arrived at the event the driver tried to drop us off and leave. When in fact we booked the car for several hours and told him he had to wait. I had to contact the dispatch lady who had to talk to the driver. Making us even later. Called and complained. I was told they would make it right and give my money back. It’s been over 2 weeks and nothing yet. Attempted to call the office manager she’s never available.PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. Take an Uber or call another reputable company.

Do Not under any circumstances take a Limo or get ride from this Company. I had the most HORRIBLE experience with the most HORRIBLE driver you can imagine. The driver was Monica and she was the most annoying driver you can imagine. Her driving skills was the worst, I was actually scared.

My sons girlfriend lost her phone while she was in an ETI cab. Nobody in her group could remember the name of the driver nor the name of the cab company. However, we texted her lost phone leaving a phone number to call if the phone was found. The cab driver returned the phone to the ETI office. The office personnel went to the trouble to charge up the phone and found our text message. The company would not even accept our tip. We are most thankful for the good people at ETI!

First of all, THE WORST COMPANY EVER.......... They got lost on the way to our wedding, causing the guests to arrive 10 minutes before the wedding, instead of 30 minutes like scheduled. How do you get lost, especially when that is your sole job for the evening???? Then at the end of the night, they left my brother and his 6 year old daughter stranded at the venue. After asking the bus to stop, the driver refused to stating his bus was full. My brother kindly asked him to signal the bus ahead of him (a couple feet) to stop, and the bus driver said sorry I cant do that.Trying to get a ride at midnight from Boerne is not the easiest tasks, especially when the child requires a car seat. When calling ETI to express my concern, the lady literally said, Im sorry thats not my problem Way to go ETI for caring about the safety of your guests and their children. $3,000 spent for the evening on buses and limos, and not even a sorry from the company.

Excellent service, friendly dispatch, organized event planing, and high call back assurances of reserved trips. One of the best limo and taxi services in San Antonio.

We used the white limo for our wedding. The wedding was in the outskirts of Boerne. The driver was kind and got us from point A to point B on time.

Was repeatedly told my address didnt exist upon requesting a ride home. Ironically they had no problem attenpting to charge me 20+ for a drive which was less than a block away from my current locaion.

Worst worst worst service ever !!!!!Ive been using San Antonio Yellow cab for about 4 years now, never had problems until today when their phone lines had issues for about an hour. I needed a cab urgently and googled for cab services in San Antonio and UNFORTUNATELY I found AAA Taxi services. I called them at 5 pm and booked a cab. they said that it will arrive in about 45 minutes and they would call me when the driver is on the way. no call no show until 6 pm. then I called and still nobody has any clue that whats going on. finally at 7 pm I tried calling San Antonio Yellow cab and their Phone lines were back to normal. the yellow cab arrived in 15 minutes as promised and I never received a call from AAA Taxi Services. Please stay away from these people if you want to save time.

The people there are so informative and really nice

If I could give a 0 I would. The driver was slovenly, the front of the van was full of trash on the floorboards, He didnt seem to have any clue where he was or where he was going. NEVER AGAIN! I dont know how these people stay in business, based on the reviews. Dont walk, RUN from this company!
