I hired Krystal Limo to take me and my groomsmen up to my venue for my wedding day. Sylvia was very helpful on the phone. Our driver showed up 30 mins early and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We used Krystal Transportation on a very special occasion. I took a special lady out for a night in the town. Krystal decorated the limo to make the mood very warm and intimate. They took excellent care of us and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!

The lady helping me was so sweet and everything, but they cancelled on me 3 HOURS BEFORE MY EVENT. They wanted to give me a party bus, and I said no. Get me any kind of limo, and they refused!!! Thankfully they gave me a full refund.NEVER AGAIN.Thank you Elegant Limousine for saving the day.A LOT CHEAPER TOO.

Great at first, turned absolutely horrible. We reserved this companys shuttle services for my wedding. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication and refusal to commit and make good of the service that was contracted of them; had it been me who backed out of the contract, I would have surely lost my deposit. My mother was in contact with the owner/manager Sylvia. We called several times with questions, and sent emails, as we were told that was the best method of contact. Impossible to get ahold of, and then brushed off by whomever answered the phone with the excuse that they were very busy with prom season. Apparently, too busy to take care of paying customers who trusted them to contract a service. After receiving a contract via email and post and giving her credit card to multiple persons to pay the deposit, we were told that in the state of Texas that it is illegal to take credit card deposits over the phone, that they must be paid in person. This was the first we were told of this, as my mother was under the impression that the money had exchanged hands and her credit card was reserving not just the vehicles but the date, for a sum of 300 dollars. Her account was not charged and we were told that the vehicles were no longer available, even though this had been taken care of weeks prior. Had we not called to follow up on some of our questions, we would have ended up with no shuttles at all! Very poor communication, horrible to work with. Promised service, fooled into thinking we had reserved their service with a deposit, and ended up with nothing. I am now concerned that her credit card has been compromised-why ask for the numbers multiple times and say that the deposit is being taken, but in the next phone call tell us that deposits cant be made over the phone? On at least three different occasions, she was asked for her credit card over the phone to secure the deposit and reservation. The one thing they were timely about was sending us the cancellation receipt, which is ironic to cancel a service that was never really reserved for the client.

You negotiate one price over the phone with one person and find $140 stacked on to that when you go pay in person. Very lame. Make sure you are aware of their hidden “transportation fee” bs before hand.

Krystal Transportation & Limousine Service picked up a party of 14 for my nieces Sweet 16 Party on August 31st, 2013. I was present and waiting at the drop off site. I was horrified at what I saw. The kids were all drenched in sweat, their faces flushed in red, the girls with smeared make-up, the boys with their tuxedo jackets off and shirts unbuttoned. At over 100 degree scorching hot weather and failing to provide adequate air-condition ventilation I consider this to be abusive. According to Sylvia, the owner the chauffeur notified the office about the malfunction but we did not have a replacement limo. She also stated that they have assisted other limo companies in the past yet she failed to place a call for a replacement for my kids. If one can imagine what is supposed to be a fun and joyful memory Krystal Transportation & Limousine Service created an unsafe and distressing experience. I dont want to imagine a bride & groom or a group of senior citizens in this setting!

Tonight, we visited Don Strange ranch to see the drive thru Christmas lights. While exiting the park, the Krystal bus directly in front of us decided to blatantly ignore the path and cut across the field, which resulted in the vehicle rolling on its side and landing into a water filled ditch. The hood of the bus was submerged. Thankfully, bystanders rushed to the bus and pulled 12 passengers to safety. So glad no one was hurt!!

Used their services twice while in San Antonio. New, clean cars, cold air and warm professional drivers. A+ all the way.
