I called in the morning about the AC not working, and by lunch I got an afternoon appointment, which was fixed in about 2 hours including getting parts. All together it was fixed with no fuss, and I learned a little about how my home system works. Overall a very good experience. I will be calling them in the future.
We just started an annual service plan with Flo-Aire earlier this year. They came through, checked everything and told us what to watch. We had two companies out the summer before and both told us we needed a complete replacement. We were very doubtful and decided to give it another year. So glad we did because Flo-Aire didnt try to scam us into spending thousands before we needed to. Today I called in a panic as the AC drain was clogged and water was draining outside. Weve had drywall damage before and wanted to catch it in time. They rushed right over and fixed the problem. Im so very happy with Flo-Aire and especially Mario. Highly recommended!
I had Flo-Aire come out when my old AC system became low on freon earlier this summer. Their tech came right on time and got it checked and recharged to get everything cooled down, but he advised me there was a leak in one of the coils. That was no surprise since it was a 22 year old system. He said that a short to medium term solution could be adding stop leak and a long term solution would be either installing a new coil or replacing the entire system. He said a replacement coil would obviously be cheaper than a full system, but that it would probably be a better value to do a full replacement since the system was so old and other parts like the compressor would fail sooner rather than later. I know my way around an air conditioner, and he was being honest. Id already made some minor repairs (condenser fan motor and capacitors), and a compressor failure or leak was always in the back of my mind.With the age of the system, I had already been thinking about replacement for awhile and decided this was the year. Once the weather cooled down a bit, I called around to get quotes on a new system. I set up an appointment time with John (not a multi-hour window, but an actual time), and he was right on time. Flo-Aire was the best by far in terms of value and price, and John was very up front about what they included and my options. They offered more efficient equipment at lower prices than everyone else I got quotes from.Their installation team arrived right on time and got right to work. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing, and everything was up and running by the evening. In terms of service and value, I dont think they can be beat. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service or replacement.

Was sold a defective coil. Liner kept falling off, blocking the air flow, causing my unit to freeze up. After 3 repairs, this information was shared with me by one of their techs. I was then informed that I had purchased the cheaper version of the coil and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. After calling another professional, who provided a list of everything that flo air did incorrectly, flo air did fix the coil, replacing it with a brand new one. Very nice people to work with, just disappointed with their process and the way it was handled.
Excellent response on a chilly Sunday morning with no heat!We realized this morning that the gas furnace wasnt lighting. The on call service man answered right away, got to the house in half an hour, and had the heat back on in fifteen minutes more.

Thank you so much for writing this review. I was going to call them for an estimate but my wife and I just had a baby. We dont want people like that on our home. That is scary that he was driving a company car the road the way he was. If I was his boss once complain like that is all I would need to fire him. Bad rep for Flo-aire.
I dont know what kind of company this is but they hire aggressive drivers. on 1/27/16 At 6:40 am one of the pick up trucks was driving behind me on 410 past sea world...I was in the fast lane and I was driving about 77 to be exact... the flo-aire driver over took me in the next lane then got infront of me and slammed on his brakes... no body was infront of him. that scared me that he was this aggressive at this hour of the morning. I got in the right to get away from him and sped up and then got back in the left lane. He then over took me again and did the same thing. I was so upset because he was trying to cause an accident. I got into the right lane and stayed there away from this insane driver who was driving a company pick up truck for flo-aire services. I called the company to complain. The gentleman i spoke to said he was the VP of the company and he would talk to the driver. I guess they will only really do something about this until one of their drivers hurts someone. Remember people if you call this company you are letting this companys aggressive drivers in your home. You dont know what will trigger them off in your home to act this way.

I made an appointment for service with Flo-Aire and they gave me an appointment window of 9 am - noon. When I called the morning of the appointment to confirm (at half an hour before noon), the person who I spoke to said that they would be unable to come to my house until some time after 1 pm because they were running late. They did not call to reschedule or let me know that my appointment would be delayed. I cancelled my service request and contacted another company.
