I have nothing but great things to say about MIMS. My A/C went out last year right in the peak of COVID. I called a bunch of companies that tried getting me to pay ridiculous prices using scare tactics and misinformation. MIMS was the only company who quoted me over the phone and seemed like they wanted to help. Not only did the come in under all the other places prices, but they were able to schedule an install in just 3 days! The technicians came on time and finished a complete removal and install in like 6 hours. I can’t remember the name of the man who I talked to set everything up, but he was reasonable and does good business. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any HVAC work that needs to be done for your home. Also, if you get a new AC/Furnace install don’t forget to get that tax credit when you file your taxes.

This is the second time I have used Mims. The first time Brent saved me from what I thought was going to be a very expensive repair by just making some minor adjustments. This time the blower went out leaving us completely without AC in the hottest days of the year. Brent came out and had a new blower installed within less than 24 hours from when I called him. MIMS is the best! Quality service by a quality team! After another company tried to rip me off I called Brent and he came out same day and did the same service of replacing my capacitor on my A/C for half the price! He also identified why I have one room not getting as cool as the others and he will be adding a air return at an affordable price! I highly recommend!!

Our AC unit conked out on us a few days ago. Replacing it was long overdue. We had been frankensteining it together for years and decided it was time to replace it. We contacted Brent and he came out immediately on a Saturday. He showed us what the problem was, gave us various options, and didnt try and push us into making a decision on the spot. I recently bought a home and my A/C went on the frits. I was going to be hosting my in-laws and I couldnt have my 80+ year old family in a home without AC. Luckily the tech came out pretty quick (I think it was on his way home) and gave it a look over and all it needed was a reset. He could have made up a big story and charged me a ton and I wouldnt have known any different. I am so thankful!

Working with Mims during an AC replace was so stress-free and easy. When comparing companies to replace my AC, they gave me advice and recommendations that was not in favor of making them more money. I didn’t know much about HVAC before this, but they educated me patiently through all of my questions.
