I used to be perfectly satisfied until they brought out their fiber optic service. Ive had nothing but trouble. Techs used to come out within 24 hrs. Now, its a week or more. Their people are great, but the actual service leaves a lot to be desired. Ive been restarting my router at least once a day, EVERY day, for the last 2 months. Techs have been to my home 3 times within a month. All to NO resolution. Im still expected to pay the full bill, yet have no service!

I dealt with suddenlink with all of the internet service i received but thank goodness ftrust me when i say that frontier was here in san angelo tx i have had such issues with suddenlink since altice bought them out suddenlink is trash internet stuck in the dark ages of the internet services do yourself a ffavor get frontier you guys will not regret

My mother recently switched from from suddenlink to frontier yesterday and it was a big mistake. 2 hours after install her internet went out. She called the today and they said it won’t be until Wednesday to get a technician there. A town with the population of 100,000 shouldn’t take that long to get to. San Angelo needs to bring in the big companies. Frontier is collecting payments for internet that they’re not providing. I called and was placed straight to hold.

The internet was out for 12 straight days beginning the end of June! It comes on for a couple of days and then its out again. They keep telling me the problem is with an underground phone cable. Well why hasnt it been fixed since the end of last month. This service is most unreliable! Im switching to Suddenlink. I been with them 9 years without all these problems. You get what you pay for...

I left Suddenlink to go to Frontier. I got my BUSINESS phone & internet from them. My phone hasn’t worked since Jan 28 (It’s March 23 now) and I have called more times than I can count. Finally got a frontier tech to come out who didn’t fix the problem and left. When I called the tech back to let him know that it still doesn’t work he told me to call the same 800 number I’ve already called 1 thousand times. The customer service is worse than Suddenlink which is something that I didn’t think was possible.Frontier, you are absolute trash! Customers in any capacity deserve so much better than this.

Was given a date for installation. Then I called to check and it had been cancelled due to address already having service. I explained that it was 1002 1/2, house in back. They did not put that on work order. My order was cancelled. They gave me another date a week away. I lost out on a week of work because of their incompetence.

If you’re looking for internet to get in Robert lee, DO NOT get Frontier. I’ve been out of internet since January 9th, I’ve called up there multiple times a day since the 9th, each time I got a different story about what’s wrong with it. But the two I got the most were 1) and outage, and 2) something wrong with my line and they need a tech to come fix it. I had two appointments scheduled to get it fixed and BOTH times nobody showed up, nobody called. So when I called all I got was “ You’re affected by the outage we can’t send a tech to your house, when the outage is fixed your internet will be resolved.” Now the “outage” was “resolved” and I still don’t have any internet. I’ve been hung up multiple times when I call, the supervisors are just as bad as the employees. I’ve had countless supervisors tell me the same two stories. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional. I work from home and have been driving everyday at 6 am to San Angelo just so I can work because they cannot get their stories straight about what’s wrong with my internet. I also want it known that Supervisor Chris? 100% assured me that my internet would be working fine once the outage was resolved, clearly not. I was also told on the 16th when I called that I would only be credited for the 13th - 16th when the first “outage” was fixed. There was no outage when I called on the 9th but then magically there was one so I was told I wouldn’t get credit for the 9th when I originally lost internet. I called last night as well and requested a supervisor because the girl that was “helping” me was absolutely no help. She then said all of a sudden “her system went down, and her sip would call me in the morning”. SPOILER: he didn’t call. I find them extremely unprofessional and I do NOT recommend this internet to ANYONE. I wasn’t going to put this all over Facebook because I find posts like this extremely annoying, I just figured everyone should know the worst internet company to go through would have to be frontier 100%.

Ordered internet service from them even took a day off work for them to install only to have the technician tell me the package I ordered isn’t available in my area. He offered a 3mg, however said it wouldn’t do anything I wanted it to do. Now I’m waiting on my deposit refund and looking for another isp besides frontier or suddenlink. Horrible communication from this company.

Recently moved into a new home and was looking toward getting some internet service. On the first call, I was hung up on shortly after the call was answered. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up as a disconnection. Called back and discussed some pricing, after asking for more offers as I was dissatisfied with the original, I was hung up on again.

I have never experienced a company like this!!! Their customer service is the worst and you talk to so many different people so no one is on the same page. They are so rude they act like it’s your fault for their mess ups. They sent us a modem in the mail and they didn’t even know why we had it because they said we canceled our services which we didn’t we were waiting to get service. So for two weeks talking to them on and off they never told us we had no service and that it had been cancelled so this final phone call We had we were just fed up! So I said just cancel it forget it I don’t want nothing to do with this company didn’t even experience their service but I’m glad! I wish I would have read the reviews before hand but I hope this helps anybody that try’s to get INTERNET SERVICE with this company!!!!!

To any and all individuals planning on using Frontier, this has been my experience so far. Last week I called Frontier to get internet services. During my phone call with the sales representative she was extremely quick with her words and eager to get me off the phone. I didn’t even have the opportunity to right down any info for my account because she said it would be in my email. A few hours later I check my email and find I was going to be charged double for the service I inquired about because they tacked on more than fifty dollars of unwanted goods and services to a monthly bill I would receive. When I called back to question them I was transferred. Once connected again I was told they cancelled the order. When I asked to speak with a manager, the said the manager would call in twenty minutes. A few hours later I had received no phone call. I then messaged them through messenger, a preferred method of communication, and spoke with two individuals. One finally said they would put in a ticket for a manager to call me the next day. At the end of the next day I still had not received a phone call. I messaged again asking for a manager. They said they would get back with me. I then called asking for another manager who seemed to be extremely helpful and assured me that this would be taken care of and she would update me as it took place. I was told I would receive a call in 24-48 hours to update me on the situation. Yet again I have not received a phone call. I messaged again on messenger and no response. How is it that they can make an attempt to steal money from me and then I can’t even get a representative to speak with me. For all the individuals who utilize their services I encourage you to check your bill for charges that are not suppose to be there. Mine was a security package, phone line, and something else bringing my monthly cost to double. If anyone gets far enough to let me know how they get through to anyone I would greatly appreciate it because I’ve been blown off for five days now. Still no contact with them other than when I contact them first.

Frontier sold me service knowing the service provided to my area was unreliable. I called the company multiple times to finally have a technician come out and tell me the service is my area will not get any better and I was best to go with another company. My kids cant not even access their school.portal to finish up homework. Once I cancelled the company then sent me a bill for the following month. I fully intend to report you to the BBB.

A couple of months ago our internet got really slow. Something was wrong with the lines outside. The tech. got it going really fast. Ever since then the instant it starts to rain we lose internet and phone. At least three times theyve sent someone out. It still goes out. Customer support was polite but wait times for repairs is usually about a week. Dont get Frontier unless its the only service you can get. If you do get it and it starts to give you trouble when it rains...forget it. Itll never work right again. Were going to give them one more chance to fix it, then were done. I guess you do get what you pay for. Low price, low quality service. And standard b.s. answers to reviews. I dont have Twitter or Facebook so how would I contact your team of experts.They finally seem to have fixed it. The last guy to come out, in about 10 minutes, found a nicked wire replaced it and during the last rain we did not lose service. While I can recommend that technician I still cant really recommend Frontier. If my job had depended on my internet service I would have been in trouble.

Frontier Communications in San Angelo has been easy to work with. Professional. Courteous. Friendly. I have used them for a while and they always pull through when I have an issue. You can save money by switching with Frontier Communications versus continuing to overpay the other guys. 5 stars.

My family and I have been without internet and phone service for six weeks with this company. It has cost me money, opportunities, and even a job that I applied for. Frontier does not care. They wont hire additional techs, you have to fight them to get credit on a bill, and all they have to offer is meaningless and insincere apologies for their terrible service they have absolutely no intention of changing or improving. Even today, the day weve been waiting six weeks for, the day a tech is finally supposed to show up and fix the issue... the tech hasnt shown up and, apparently, Frontier hasnt sent one our direction. Their response? Oh, were very sorry but we do not guarantee times.Frontier doesnt guarantee anything, apparently. Ive worked with some terrible companies before, but frontier makes all of them look good by comparison and my patience with this arrogant, ineffective company is finished.If you need internet and phone service and frontier is your only option, just burn your money on a campfire and use it for smoke signals. It might not be great communication, but it would be better than anything Frontier apparently cant guarantee.

Bunch of idiots! Came out to install internet. The tech didn’t even get out of his truck. Said that it was too far from the street to run the line. That was after Frontier had already deducted money from my bank account. I’ve called 3 times to get my money returned to me. That was over a month ago. As far as I’m concerned, that would be theft. If I was to do something like that, I would be in jail!

Over 72 hrs with internet loss. Consistently loosing internet for multiple hrs. Call and talk to them and they cant fix it so going to send a technician. Come to find out they dont work on weekends so next open slot isnt intil Tuesday (its Friday at 6pm now) between the narrow margins of 1pm-5pm is best they can do. So dispite not being able to use the service i pay for im still responsible for paying the full amount of my bill every month. I wish i could give this company negative stars.

It boils down to a very poor product and horrible training for their customer service employees. Worst Internet service Ive ever had. Constant connectivity issues. Internet would buffer, freeze and go down for DAYS at a time. Customer service is poorly training and no one seems to know how to help you and you get transferred around to multiple people and nothing is resolved. Everyone you talk to tells you something different that the one before. We had service for four months but only had access to the internet for 2-3 of them.

I have had a scheduled date to have internet installed and this has been on 4 separate occasions. I have taken off work to sit at home and wait for the technician to arrive each time no one came. The one time a tech arrived was to tell me there an error with my order and I needed to call and fix it. I am going to call suddenlink and see how I can go back to them. This is ridiculous.

How would I rate this service? 0 stars. Rude customer service staff, unreliable service. All this company wants to do is to steal your money! Stay away if you can. I was sent a faulty router that wouldn’t even turn on. After calling and speaking with multiple rude customer service agents, they said they would send someone to my home to “take a look”, however it ojos take about two additional weeks, meaning that I would be paying free money and have no internet service. After realizing that I’ve had enough, I called to disconnect my service. I was told I would not have to pay anything extra and that I would not receive an additional bill after that. Two months later I get a letter in the mail from a collectors company saying that my bill from frontier was sent to them as an attempt to collect a debt. After speaking with multiple people and telling my story a million times, I was told I still owed money. Why would you charge for a service I never had? This company should be closed down for lying and cheating their customers.

Whenever I have a problem, which is more often then not, it takes forever to get it resolved. Either missed appointments for someone to come out and fix an issue or no answer on the phone. When I call, the menu is always slightly different which suggest that the same number is directed to many different call centers. And then half the time the called is dropped or no answer and I am stuck on hold with no wait time notifications. So, I am with no internet and unknown ad to when someone will be out to fix since it couldn’t be fixed the first time I called. I have a ticket number but can’t check the status cause no one will pickup. And it is now 1 hour past my service window and no one has bothered to call me to update. So I am paying money for no service. If I had a choice, I would not use Frontier.

Ive been waiting 3 weeks for some service. A man came out and said I needed cheaper version because their arris like suddenlink had does not work. So I got the modem today and the shyt still doesnt work, then they want me to wait til my work days to have someone try to fix it. Found a way to go back to Suddenlink they can take this modem back and shove it hmmph. On top of I knew the issue before the rep did smh.

I would not recommend. I called to get service at the 1st of September. After 2 appointment they did not show up for they finally had a guy coming out on the 3rd try. The morning of the 3rd appointment they called me to tell me I couldnt get service at my home. Why they couldnt tell me that when I first called idk. I wouldnt even get it 1 star

They have taken 2 weeks to get our modem to us, after telling us that we would have it within that week, there has been 2 times now that we have waited a 4 hour period so they could come either install it, or fix our modem, that they jus haven’t showed up, also every time you call you are garunteed to talk to at least 4 different people so be prepared to explain why you’re calling 4-5 times minimum. Overall not a good experience, and when I tried to cancel for the Internet we never got, they are telling me I can’t because I’m under contract, but if I can hold up my end of the contract, why can’t they? As soon as my lease is done I’m going through another internet company.

I wish I could do negative stars. I never got services but because the piece of equipment made it to my door I have to pay for 30 days of nothing. 1000/10 would never recommend. And yes I just got off the phone for what would be the 3rd time trying to get clarification on the situation.

Overseas tech support. Heavy accents cant understand what they are saying. Have to piece it together and infer to figure it out. When I try to answer the question they just talk over me. Very rude.
