I came in with 30 min left before closing due to me needing a phone asap and had a lot of issues with Verizon sending the transfer code, but the representative at the store was beyond helpful. Probably the best customer service Ive dealt with for a cell company. Extremely helpful, patient, and did not waste any time in getting my phone set up.

After a trip to the AT&T store and 2.5 hours on the phone with AT&T customer care representatives, I still had an unresolved problem. The online customer care representative told me to go back to the AT&T store and ask for the manager. Kyle listened to my problem and came up with a resolution that I am very pleased with. Although I am frustrated with the amount of time I spent talking to AT&T representatives, I am very happy with Kyle. He treated me with respect and was able to turn a bad situation into a good one. I highly recommend the manager, Kyle, at the AT&T store in the Stadium Park shopping center.
Got my mom a new phone....finally! And they were courteous and professional unlike the other store on Knickerbocker!!

We planned on buying a Car oh leslienew iPhone 11 for my husband in the AT&T store on Knickerbocker Road in San Angelo had a gentleman who service desk outside in the heat he stayed out there with us with a mask on never asking us to have to do that and we it was about an hour but he got our phone working and he deserves a air conditioner out there so that when people come by and he helps them that they both can stay cool joshua you are the man thank you so much for your service you are the best! AT&T store most are tolerable. However AT&T as a company is a joke and offends true customer service professionals AT&T needs to reevaluate their Values and policies, stop treating customers as a money bank and instead as human beings.
Sales person Josh Moreno helped with my purchase of a new Samsung phone, case, power bundle, and a television system with antenna. Not only is Josh very knowledgeable about the AT&T merchandise, but he shows and explains how to use the items. Mr. Moreno was very professional and polite, and answered all of my questions. The store was very clean, and as customers came into the store, a sales person was always helpful in a timely, professional manner. Will recommend my friends to this store and sales person! A positive store and employees for San Angelo!

Ive been to this store several times, they have always been very helpful and friendly. Though AT&T can be difficult to deal with as a company, these folks make the best of it. If you need to visit AT&T, I highly recommend this store.
Went to the At&T store to get a replacement phone cause mine was acting up and they couldnt even help me. I ended up leaving store and had to dial 611 for help. The store is only good for a upgrade or getting new service. Other then that dont waste your time there. They wouldnt even start to help me without my ID even after I gave them my account info.
Switched when they had a bogo. Got 2 Note 9s. I now have great service with no problems. They do have long wait lines
Lady who works here named Melissa. Very rude hung up on me when I start asking questions. Beware they lie to you to sell you things. They give you the run around and act like they dont know what happened. Melissa that works here is a really piece of work please stay away from her she will lie to your face. Good job Melissa stay classy!

This location is waaaay better than the one off of sherwood! I went in to the sherwood location and waited for assistance to upgrade my phone and they continued to help 3 different customers that walked in AFTER ME. I had enough so i went across town to the Knickerbocker location and was helped and greeted as i was walking through the door. They had me out in 30 minutes.
No real customer contact, manager said his agents will take care of me and he left after BSing; with different customer, not happy with service
