Well I just moved to San Angelo and was trying to refinance an exsiting loan that is ongoing with the same bank but at their branch in Arlington.now here is the problem 2 different branches totally different rules... so the answer I get from the San Angelo branch is drive and pick up your check from Arlington.thats not the way to conduct business. and even if you cant give me what I need there is a way to speak to customers.
