Margo Lewis whats the most professional I have experienced in the past 5 years. She has been quite patient and understanding and answered all of my questions. While building my return she educated me on future notifications and which I should have in the future. I would highly recommend anybody to go see her.

I dropped off my spouse and Is documents back in the beginning of april, and they -lost track of them- until a couple days ago, and since then, any time weve tried to call to provide any sort of personal info they need to continue filing, whoever has answered has been a woman that has, now, and two years ago when we filed with her in person, had issues with electronic versions of our files that no other member of their staff has.Up till now, Id always liked filing with Jackson Hewitt, but now I have no intention of filing with them again once this is all said and done.

I actually made an appointment online and when I got to the first business it was closed so I called the main office and they set me up reali quick with someone one at the main office. When I got there she was ready for me; she took care of me really fast and was very sufficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes or less.

Tax preparer did not seem to know what they were doing. Think price was to much, for me to still get my refund in 12 weeks, plus my taxes are simple. So why so expensive?

I have been beyond stress with how to make it with Covid and Christmas, Bianca let me know I could qualify for an advance, I was hesitant because Ive never used Jackson Hewitt, Bianca changed that for me, she made the process so easy and just like she said I would have an answer within an hour amd sure enough I received my answer that I was approved!! I was told that I needed a corrected W2 form but after looking at my own W2 forms they had made a mistake and was looking at the amount my employer paid for insurance thinking that was the amount I had paid for insurance. And put a delay and falling my taxes that was unnecessary

Excellent service and friendly people. I applied for an advance on my refund using information from my latest paycheck stub. I received an American Express Card from my tax preparer and within an hour my refund advance was deposited th the card. I was able to use the card to purchase Christmas gifts. So Happy!

I love getting my taxes done at Jackson Hewitt here and San Angelo Texas. It only took 15 minutes for everything to be process and within an hour my advance was uploaded to my card. I would recommend everybody to go to Jackson Hewitt to get there taxes done.

Very professional courtious and fast

Hate that I filled here this year. I was promised a $50 Wal-Mart gift card and never saw it. I referred my mother-in-law and never saw the $20 they said I would get. When I call someone in Brownwood answers because they dont have their direct number listed. Also they dont even know how Im suppose to get the $20 I was told, THEY THINK it will be mail as a check. I hate that they convinced me to file different this year as well but lesson learned.
