Very bad experience I got a dip on my nails which cost 45$ mind you the lady told me a different price when I walked in and changed it when I was at the register I haven’t even had my nails on for more than 10 days and they’re already falling off I also got a pedicure that was rushed because they were short staffed!! Would not recommend

Worse place ever! I thought the first time was bad but gave them a second chance and it was no better! After 2 days nail polish came off, they were rushed and did not do a good job on my eyebrows! I’m so mad that I gave them a second chance

Got a manicure and felt like it was rushed. My nails are all crooked, uneven, really thick, and the shilac nail polish was everywhere... another lady checking me out, noticed that and tried to fix it but didnt finish.

Tony does an excellent job on my nails! Ive always had issues with nails lifting, but not anymore!! The staff is friendly, efficient and the prices are in line with all the other nail salons. I would recommend them to everyone.

Im only giving one star, since I cant give anything less than that! My daughter was wanting to get her nails painted, so we went to Nail Glamour Rose. The lady greeted saying, it would be a 30 minute. We walked around the little area outside the nail place since it was crowded inside the salon. Around 15 minutes later, we see some openings on the chairs to sit down and wait inside the salon. As soon as we walked up, we were greeted by a gentleman, who asked if we wanted something. Before we could answer, he rudely says, were busy right in our faces and walked off. When asked what he said, to confirm that is actually what he said. We explained to him that we had spoken to a lady earlier, who said it would be a 30 minute wait. So after that, he still expected us to have our daughters nails done there.

Literally the worst place ever, I paid $50 for acrylics that won’t even last a week!! I went to demand a refund and they refused. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

Visiting from out of state and treated myself my mother and cousin to a pedi. They placed us in 3 massage chairs side by side with me in the middle - the chair didnt work! I asked a small man behind the counter for help his response, No, ask the girl. The lady I asked said, Dont worry, just enjoy the water. WTF? The same small man eventually came to look at the chair but to no avail. I got up to move chairs myself and they tried to give me a dirty foot tub! I watched the lady leave just minutes before - & they didnt even clean it! I requested a french pedicure and after 2 ladies and 3 attempts they finally figured out the pink polish goes on first, really?!?! $110 for 1 hour and 45 minutes of unpleasant, unprofessional and crooked white tips. Total disaster!!!

I love this place they always take very good care of me and they have really good prices.

The service was horrible, they were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They told me to wait in the chair and I sat there for around 45 minutes before they finally got to me. I got acrylic nails and I asked for the almond shape and they didn’t even know what it was. Once I showed them a picture she got to work. She was very rough and nagged my nails. The worker didn’t even push back cuticles or anything. In the end my nails were uneven, shaped weirdly, and corners were never filed down. Overall, I will never go back there and it was not worth my time and money. I would not even give them one star.

I went there at 8 and they close at 9. i waited 45 minutes and the two people doing nails were still working on the same two people in fact, the lady working was only was only glueing on the tips because she went to the back room so many times. There was also a worker just roaming around ?? i eventually left after 8:50 because i knew that i couldn’t get them done, but they should have warned me about the time so i could have gone somewhere else.

At first it was awesome, I was relaxed up until it was time to put the nail polish on my nails. Then the guy hands me my bill and says I need to pay $50 for my Mani and Pedi. My nails weren’t finnished. I tried to pay they didn’t accept my card. Okay. I call my man and he says I’m one the way. The lady asked me about pay and I said he would be here shortly. The lady then looks at the man doing my nails and says “you can have the nail polish now.” Like Excuse you? I’m someone who likes to tip. That man lost his tip when they pulled that. Very rude. I will never return.

I went here to get my nails done last Thursday and I had two pop off in less than a week. They popped off like cheap Walmart nails and they are supposed to be acrylic. I went today to get them fixed and one legit just snapped. Worst part about it is that it is one of the new nails that snapped in half. I am sorry but I will never waste 55 dollars at this place ever again. If I wanted to get pissed of at a broken nail quickly I would have gone and bought some 5 dollar press on nails.

Got my nails done on the 13th and there already falling off. The lady was doing my nails and then she just left so I waited like 1 hour and the other guy had to do mine. Never going there again.if I can give you zero stars I would.

Very long wait for only a pedicureI also dont like the way my toe nails were cut, it was hurting and she cut way too short. I had a sore toe/cuticle for days. Child pedicures I think are too pricey considering she was done with my daughters pedi in 10 min from start to finish after a 40 min waitPolish application was poorly done too.

PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE !This NAIL place BROKE MY NAILS and My PHONE (IPHONE X) by dropping it on the floor and then they tried to play it off, acting like they understand what happened and started speaking their language as I was explaining that my cell phone just fell and the display broke. NOT ONLY that but they also overcharged me for the nail services and I left there with messed up nails. THIS place is horrible. I asked for the supervisor and they refused to give me the information. Please dont pay them your hard earned money. Its NOT worth it. Terrible customer service, money hungry, evil people.

She charged me 100$ to do single eyelashes everyone else in town does it cheaper and her name was Kim at glamour nails and she didnt do them right at all now I have clumps falling out because she just threw them on there !!! I also got my nails and toes done later that night I nicked my nail on a person literally a person not even being rough and she charged me 55 for that !!!! The only good thing they did was my toes but it was a smaller gentleman that was kind everyone else were very rude and mean and now Im basically out of 220$ when anyone else would have been cheaper and better also the eyelashes are big plastic tubes not nice hair or even remotely nice synthetic !!!!!!!!!?

Went in to get SNS nails which they said they did all of the time. I asked for French tips and what I got was horendous!!! She did not care about customer service as she knew I was dissatisfied and unhappy with the nails. I told her multiple times I didnt want the pinkish powder but she did it anyways saying it would look natural. She only cared about the money because she charged me full price ($45) knowing I was unhappy and told me to come back another time and that she would fix them. After much damage and cuts underneath my nails and to my cuticles after I asked her to stop multiples times. I also had to ask for astringent to ensure I wouldnt get an infection, which is cosmetology 101. Her name is Kim and I DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone!!! If I could give it a negative rating I certainly would!!

Absolutely the WORST place to get your nails done! Took over 2 1/2 hours to do a dip and they looked horrible. Had to go back to get them off the very next day. The owner is unbelievably unprofessional and is obsessed with taking your money however she can. I have no idea how this place is still in business.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Just dont. At least I wont ever again. I went in wanting almond shape; and she didnt even know what I was talking about. She said shed go back and fix anything I had a problem with, but every time I pointed something out she would say Well fix it in a minute. Spoiler alert; we never did. They literally pull prices out of nowhere, made my nails uneven, and crooked! Rude, rough. Once they finish they just push you aside, literally only want your money. Terrible experience and I have no clue why its still a running business. I went with my mom and my sister and it was 150; and our nails looked like we did them at home. 0 stars if I could!! Worst place ever! Rude and very rough. Dont like to pay attention to what theyre doing. As a licensed cosmetologist i dont see how these people are still in business. Terrible customer service, the worst ive ever had. And when you jerk away after expressing that your in pain, when theyve said nothing, you get a bad look and a sarcastic sorry, if even that. I could have saved money and done a better job myself at home. Never going back and definitely DONT recommend this place GLAMOUR ROSE NAILS inside of the Sunset Mall to anyone. Ive had a better experience at the college with students doin this for the first time. And these so called trained professionals think they do good enough of a job to overcharge you for the service and experience. I left feeling worse than when i walked in. This place is very bad, rude, rough, and careless. My daughter and i came here to have pedicures and they were so rough we couldnt relax or enjoy it. They hurt us and were not paying much attention to what they were doing. They tried to remove calluses which is a no no in the cosmetology world. They dont pay attention when they file and end up burning and cutting you and they just have bad attitudes. They dont even deserve 1 star.

This business doesnt even deserve one star. I am a cosmetologist myself and know the ins and outs. My friend went in and got an eyebrow waxing that was absolutely horrendous! The wax was clearly too hot and they did not do anything right in the process. Also grabbed hairs from her front hairline and ripped it out! Then when confronted the lady that was there said they took pride so they couldnt refund?! What kind of messed up person can you be to let someone leave your place of business super red and bleeding?! Terrible customer service and care of their clients!! Yall will be reported to tdlr, bbb and management! This is NOT okay and I hope yall learn how much an inconsiderate mistake can cost you!

I went to this place because I get off work in the morning and they were the only place open. I spend $60 in one week getting my set fixed twice because they use cheap product, and they were rushing. The whole time, the tech is trying to flirt with my husband. I will never go here again, and I dont recommend this place to anyone EVER unless you want to spend more money than its worth. Terribly unprofessional.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went to take off my acrylic nails and they took off the nails and my natural nails as well! Very careless and very rude! I started bleeding all over the cuticle cutter which they used to cut the nails and half my skin and also bled all over the towels and her hands and she didnt seem to care! Give this a 0 if I could!
