T&T did a phenomenal job repairing the hail damage on my vehicle. William handled my case professionally and honestly. He was very communicative and followed through as stated. The shop was willing to work with me regarding my insurance deductible. The car was repaired on-time and was returned in a cleaner state than when it was dropped off.I highly recommend this shop. The customer service is amazing and youre treated with respect. Finding a shop that is honest, reliable, good at communicating, and good at the job is incredibly rare. Met with William who walked me through the process as a first timer with Hail damage. Dropped my car off Friday, and got a complimentary rental for the week my repairs were taking place. It was finished the following Friday and was even able to pick it up earlier than originally quoted!— which really worked with my schedule. Amazing people here!! Came here with the check my insurance had cut me for their “ inspection”. Not only was the first quote so far from being wrong but the insurance company was trying to pull some shady business with getting my LEASED car fixed correctly. William took so much stress off my plate by handling it for me. I didn’t have to battle the insurance company myself. He had them make it right and had someone back out their from the insurance company to get covered what I needed. T&T Hail Repair was extremely easy to work with. This was my first experience with hail repair and they took care of everything. All I had to do was contact my insurance for an initial estimate. I then took my car to the shop and they walked me through the steps of the paperwork and set up my rental car for me. They gave me updates during the process and were very kind. They even waived my insurance deductible. I 100% recommend this company and will be sure to use them in the future if another hail storm comes my way.

TNT hail repair did an excellent job fixing my hail damage in a timely fashion that was super easy. They had great communication throughout the whole process and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked very well with my insurance company and I would recommend them to anybody.

Had my new 2020 Kia Forte take some hail dings recently. Ive never had a claim for Hail repair, but since the car was so new, I didnt want to just ignore it. So when insurance said they would cover the repair, I looked around for someone local. Not much luck there. Most of the better known places were booked for over a month with no openings. Some said a few months or were so busy from the recent storm they didnt even bother getting back to me. I was starting to think this was going to be a hassle.After going through a decent selection of others who were too busy or just didnt seem to care for more business I found T&T by a random review that popped up on the Webbernets. There wasnt much about them I could find, but T&T was very close and they responded to my call immediately. Not only did T&T get me in right away, they didnt give me ANY headaches or hassles. They took care of everything and even offered to help me get a rental car (if needed, it fortunately wasnt) and even drove me home after I dropped the car off. You may think this convenience is because they arent the biggest game in town for this work, but no, when I dropped off my car their lot was full of cars being repaired too. They were busy, but STILL got me in like they werent.I asked them if they could have it done in a week, and they said it was no problem. A week later, as promised, it was done and the car is back to looking brand new. All 40+ dings are gone, the paint has no noticeable marring, and the only hassle I experienced was being without a car for a few days. Which I wouldnt have been if I wanted to deal with a rental car, but as I didnt really need it, I didnt bother...A++ guys, I WILL be recommending you to others.

I have not had to have hail repair, but I have seen the work of the technicians here and have been absolutely amazed! Vehicles I thought would be a total loss, or would cost to much to fix they did it! I know they will not give you a quote and not hold to it! Very honest and determined technicians.
