We absolutely have adored our time at The Brixton. Everyone that works here makes you feel you feel safe and valued. Any concern about the apartment or amenities is taken care of promptly and maintenance here is amazing. Coming from another state for a short time we were nervous about finding a place to stay, but they are flexible and work with you as best as they can to make the transition smooth/easy on you! We are confident we would stay here again if we ever have to come back to San Angelo.

We cannot say enough GREAT things about our time at the Brixton. The staff is wonderful, and incredibly friendly. As a military family, there were lots of unknowns from move-in to move-out, and the staff was beyond understanding. They went out of their way to make sure we had a place to stay during uncertain times. We felt very safe on the property, and there was always an abundance of parking spaces close to our apartment. Our two-bedroom unit was furnished, and we were very impressed by the quality of the furniture. The maintenance staff was great as well, and completed orders on time and efficiently during our stay. Overall, we would definitely recommend the Brixton apartment homes!

We love living at the brixton, if youre interested ask for Renne she is so awesome! She always does the best job and takes care of us! We feel valued and appreciated at the brixton and we love calling it our home!

We have been living here since March. I can only say good things about this place. Renee and Olivia(the staff) are very friendly, helpful and always on top of everything. From packages to work orders. Jesse, the maintenance guy, has a very kind heart and always tries to get everything done within the day you filed a work order. This place is awesome! Neighbors are very friendly and nice. Clean pool. New gym equipments. Packages sure wont be stolen and the office sends you a text if you have a package and also always notifies the residents if theres something they are working on. We love this place. We love the people and staff. ♥️ Keep up the good work!

The fact that this place has any bad reviews is shocking. My wife and I have been here for 10 months, and we honestly cant name a bad experience to be had. The place is quiet, clean, and well taken care of. Landscapers are here weekly to make it look nice. Every maintenance issue weve had has been taken care of within a day or less. Parking spaces seem a little small, but theres more than enough of them, so you can always park away from others. You might have to drive a bit to get where you need to go in town, but its the slightest inconvenience against every positive thing the Brixton has to offer. I honestly wish we didnt have to leave.

I worked here for a short time but seeing how professional all the staff was and how much they cared about their current and future residents was very relieving! Anytime a resident came to me to express an issue, it was handled by Mrs.Olivia and the maintenance crew within minutes! If you’re looking for an apartment with a staff that will take care of you, keep the grounds clean, and make you feel at home, The Brixton is definitely the way to go!!

Can’t say enough about the staff! They were fabulous and very helpful. Olivia was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and followed up on everything I had questions about! Loved our experience during our stay in a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment. The groundsmen were friendly and very helpful as well. They were also very military friendly!

This complex is really a case of the tenants making the place what it is or isnt. For the most part it is quiet and safe. But it doesnt take many people to ruin a good thing fast.

I have been living at The Brixton for the past year and I must say that my stay has been nothing less than PLEASANT. Being a traveler from out of state; my biggest concern was getting somewhere quiet and SAFE. The Brixton has afforded me that luxury in abundance. The community is extremely quiet, as it is mainly occupied by individuals who either work or are in the Military. I pay a little over $700 per month for a 1 bedroom apartment that is FULLY FURNISHED! I have had 0 incidents where Ive felt that my person or my property was in jeopardy.Lastly, the Property Manager, Olivia, is AMAZING and has set the expectation of SUPERIOR customer service, respect, professionalism, and courtesy!! I have never had the office hesitate in addressing any of my concerns. I am grateful to have been blessed to reside here over the past year and will recommend it to my company as a place to refer my fellow traveling healthcare providers!Thank you to The Brixton Staff for giving me a comfortable place to call home this past year!!!

I lived at The Brixton for about 2 years. I can honestly say, the ladies in the office are the sweetest! Olivia was always helpful, and the maintenance team is amazing! For sure would recommend anyone to stay! 😁❤️

The staff are welcoming, understanding and very thorough with answering your questions. They offer great amenities and wonderful events for the residents! I recommend everyone to go and check it out for yourself.

A friendly, clean apartment complex. Hands down the best apartment complex in San Angelo! You can tell the people in the front office really care about helping there tenants out. They also have an Fantastic maintenance team that seem to always get the job done.

I’ve been at Brixton off and on since 2016. Every time I come back to Angelo I come to see what Brixton has 1st. When I come back they always have new gadgets or improvements for the residents. I was surprised to find a dog park for my dogs to run around in and a credit card machine for laundry. It was always frustrating to track down quarters so I was excited to see the card machines. Olivia is sweet, and a good landlord. Maintenance always answers work orders quick, and it’s quiet out here. She and her team make the move in and move out process real easy. As long as I keep taking assignments in Angelo I will keep coming back to Brixton.

I recommend The Brixton Apartments. It is a relaxed apartment environment. Oliva truly sets the benchmark for what she does. She was very helpful and answered any questions I had same day. The management running the show are top notch to summarize. Chuck did an excellent job fixing my AC issue and a few other work orders -- prompt, friendly, effective. it was the nature of the work that did it for me.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The maintenance doesn’t get anything done. No hot water. They overcharge on rent. They are more than happy to evict people no matter what. A/C unit constantly needs repairs. They ask for the rent a week before it’s actually due. Terrible apartments. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Great place for great people. If you your self are quiet and considerate then its a good place. If you are loud and crazy...you will have issues. The manager knows all residents by name and runs a tight ship. Me being military I appreciate I dont have to go and complain constantly.

I had a great experience with The Brixton. The move in and out process was a breeze and the staff is very helpful and professional. Very military friendly as well.

Initially this apartment complex seemed to be the perfect fit but if you plan to stay longer then a few months the issues will compile. Since the water lines arent independent water shut downs where there is no water happen often (once a week) and sometimes you will lose hot water for up to 5 days which also shuts down the laundry room. This is done sometimes out of the blue without anytime frame and sometimes notice is given but apologies can only go so far. Also my A/C wasnt working so it ended up being 80 degrees+ in my apartment and after a month they finally almost fixed it....again an apology can only go so far and when say they that they will look into compensation{ make sure to follow up every week but it probably wont happen. Also if you have a dog be sure to stay clear of this property! No one picks up after there dogs....and because of that issue other residents love to take pictures of you and your dogs going outside without watching if you actually pick up their droppings;creepy. So to break it down: inconsistent heating and cool which leads to high energy costs, frequent water shut offs which leads to no showering, sometimes loss of hot water which leads to sickness and loss of use of the laundry room (which happened for 5 days on two occasions), and very not pet friendly apartments.....and thats why I am moving ASAP.Update:I thought I saw it all at this apartment complex but I guess I was wrong. Not only did I have issues with repairs on my A/C unit during the summer that were not fixed for months but now the Brixton staff is telling me that even with military orders I need to give 30 days’ notice before moving and that I will own them. When I tried to explain the very rude desk lady decided to get an attitude and mutter under her breath about hard her life is. I even had a full copy of SCRA which I tried to hand to her so she could educate herself on the law which was whisked away into the trash. I asked for the papers she wanted me to sign, which was their policy on breaking the lease but apparently the rude desk lady didn’t want to give them to me until I signed them. I don’t think they understand SCRA and the repercussions so here you go:

I loved it there I was there for a short duration while I went to school on base and it was amazing Renee at the front was the most helpful and amazing person to us and jeese in maintenance was awesome came as soon as there was a problem if I could I would give the brixton a sixth star

As a military couple we were looking for a place that was close to the base and was furnished with utilities. This place is pretty good, location is less than ten minutes from Goodfellow AFB. The furnishing was decent and the apartment is a nice size for just the two of us. The staff are friendly and helped us when we needed it. The pool is nice although not always clean (leaves and bugs) I would recommend this apartment to other couples and would come back if ever stationed here again.

Lived here for 2 years and had several problems. A/C constantly freezing over, never any hot water, the washers and dryers constantly breaking. Those are just a few things. They overcharge for rent as well. Not a good place to live.
