Been living here for about a month and its worked really well for my wife and I and our two dogs. The hardwood floors, high ceilings, kitchen are all good quality. Other residents with dogs generally pick up from their pets and the grounds are well maintained.Edit: The new dog parks are great, perfect for letting the doggos burn some energy

When youre dreaming of the perfect apartment experience in San Angelo, The BLVD is the place you imagine. My specific highlights Id like to express are firstly the gorgeous pond and fountain in the middle of the complex. Five laps around the pond is a mile and it makes for a great running spot. Secondly and maybe more importantly was the exceptional hospitality of the property manager, Anastasia, and all of her staff. Every part of the renting experience was made easy with them. Any maintenance issues (which were extremely rare)were handled promptly and professionally. I was there for 3 years and my stay was truly great. If youre looking for an apartment in San Angelo, The BLVD should be at the top of your list.

Lovely apartments, quiet location, amazing office and maintenance personnel. I’ve been here for 18 months and have been impressed at the exceptional level of care afforded me. I’ve had very few maintenance requests, but those I’ve submitted are addressed same-day. Highly recommend!

Walked in with my family to inquire about renting a 2 bedroom apartment. The woman sitting in the leasing office didn’t care to stand up and greet us and promptly informed us that she won’t show us an apartment without an appointment. Business must be really good when you let people walk away like that. Not offering to follow up or take our information. We will take our business elsewhere!

Ive been here for over two years now and what can I say... it’s the best place to live in West Texas. The apartments are large with quality finishes for a good price, the pools (yes, plural) are always clean and a life saver in the blazing summers. Ive also never heard my neighbors which is always a plus. Yes there are rules, but you can live pretty freely around here and flex while you’re at it making people think back home that you’re living in a million dollar estate... but really, the management could not be any better. The girls in the front offices are genuinely very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They really will help you out with anything! Side note: I moved here site unseen from 1500 miles away and they made sure when I got to town I was ready to move in (shoutout Ashley!). They have also been hosting a lot of events in the office during the week and they are a blast!Based on these premises; I give my full recommendation for Managers of the year in San Angelo to the wonderful beautiful ladies of the front office

The Blvd is amazing! They’re pet friendly! They have waste baskets everywhere around all the complex and the maintenance people are amazing they will replace light bulbs if you need them! They also fixed my garbage disposal and my clogged shower tub the same day I called about it! The women who in front are always so nice and professional Chelsea and Ashley are awesome! I’ve lived here for two years!

I signed a year lease with Phase II and I enjoyed my stay. Im scheduled to move out in 2 months and will update this review.I leased a 1 bedroom apt upstairs. I love the modern feel with granite counter tops in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the bathroom doesnt offer that. My building is fairly quiet, but the walls are so thin! I literally heard my neighbor sneeze the other night. The doors are even worse. It doesnt matter which hall you live in, you can hear EVERYONE leaving their unit and their conversation when that door slams shut. Even walking upstairs to get to my door, I hear noise from people talking, their TV, music, etc. The walls between units arent insulated, or they used the wrong insulation.. at least in building 5. If you want privacy, you wont get it.As far as the actual property, my only complaint would be parking. If you dont have a covered space, be prepared to walk. It seems like multiple people share each unit and the parking gets crowded. Also, the gate to enter/leave is super slow. The staff was helpful in making sure everything was right for me. I had an issue with my bedroom door not shutting and they fixed it in a timely manner. I havent seen any bugs, but I saw a scorpion crawling on my wall. 😵

Just signed another lease here, and I love it. Beautiful apartments, really nice pool/offices, and very friendly staff. Alyssa and Anna made transferring apartments super easy.

We lived here when my wife was in school at Goodfellow AFB. They are right next to Sams Club and Walmart for groceries/shopping. About 15-20 minute drive to base. They are very military friendly. Many military live here. It was a very peaceful and safe complex (gated community). Parking is free unless you want a carport and/or car garage. Maintenance team is really good. Never had any problems with our apartment, but maintenance was on top of it if needed. Highly recommend this complex and will look into residing here again if we ever go back to San Angelo.
