Do not get me wrong the apartment is okay for its value. The things they will not tell you is that the one bedroom apartments have no lights in the living room, there is no central A/C its just a air conditioner in the living room (Making the kitchen and bedroom really hot). The old management was great but left the place looking rough. The new management is kind of rude and not worth the money you put into these apartments. The maintenance does take forever but eventually comes around. The value is nice as we paid $680 a month but once the new management came in they increased the pricing and everything. I would not recommend living here if your looking for something nice and decent. It is more of a place to stay if its your first time at apartments or if you dont care for looks.

THE WORST MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT EVER!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE HERE! I know this is a cheaper alternative, but DONT do it!!!!!!!!! You can call/email me or whatever!!! I will tell you all the things theyve done.. please just trust me.. dont move here!!!!!!!

Currently in a bout with this apartment about charging me pass my lease ending with additional late fees. I’ve given them a month to fix this and was notified today I owe more than $1100 because the issue was not resolved as promised. Don’t live here.

Theres Never good enough hot water n the apartments, the trash cans are always full and the emergency line is never helpful. U pay rent on time and they treat ya like there always busy. Been 5 or 6 months since we have had hot water. Been on and off fixing it. Love the location just needs better management and help with service. No ones ever available. But all means this place is a good place to move if u just moved during the epidemic.

No hot water for six months I have called and called still no hot water I asked to be released for my lease and was told no I couldnt and they expect me to pay rent which I will not seeing how by texas law they had 30 days to fix it or I have the right to withhold rent its a great place to live if everything was up to code but now my calls to the office goes unanswered

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They promised me a ceiling fan at the renewal of my lease and it never got installed. My toilet has been broken since last year and I’ve made several reports for it to be worked on top of that, the pool is never clean or open, it took them forever to come a fix my broken front door that had been busted into when I was told that it was going to get fix prior on my move in. But they will make sure that they deliver the rent bill to your door and apply that late fee if it’s not on time. This has been the worst living situation I’ve experience from a company that’s suppose to be professional. So if you just looking to get into a place with no customer service and get rip off for what you thought you was paying for, this is the perfect place for you. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

DO NOT live at this complex. The management is terrible. They lost my money order for rent TWICE, and tried to EVICT me both times! After moving out, they did not turn my paperwork in right so that I could get my deposit refunded. I had to have them start signing and dating the receipt on the money order! If you live here, you need to have everything they say in writing! I have now contacted the Better Business Bureau!

So solely speaking on Apt.116 I was forced to move immediately due to my repetitive attempts to have Arden Ridge Apartments to fix my AC System.(98°Mostly at night) [with the AC continuous On] Complete disregard for any of my Respectful Request. So I made them wait for a 41$ Utility bill thinking it will make them move faster(No Luck) They want they money but doesnt to actually fix anything. I moved in without a working Oven for 2 months and they gave me a 60$ Credit off my rent. (DONT TAKE APT. 116) Had to reset my hot water heater (8x) myself several times and according to my lease that required by maintenance.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHOM IS ALIVE OR EXPIRED!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Makenzie is the office admin and she pretty much laughs off every problem you have. She will let you know she has caller ID and she doesnt have to answer the phone if she doesnt want to. I tried to add a pic here of all the roaches you find when you wake up in the morning. It wont let you. Thank goodness my lease is almost up. I have been my own maintenance and pest control guy since living here. Run dont walk away from this hell hole!

I’ve called the ac guy so much times because recently my ac broke and I have a child.I kept calling and calling and they just won’t come!My child and I cannot handle this heat especially in the middle of the summer.There is also a horrible roach problem and the exterminator won’t come!I do not recommend staying here.Also has bad mold problems inside the walls.

Im a resident and I think this is the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in.

My rent was not the same for about 6 months. the pool was hardly ever open something was always wrong with it. Its down as we speak. Tenants have to pay for the water. Makes it expensive Im moving.

I would give this Apartment Complex a zero if I could. They are not good apartments and here is why. Arden Ridges washers and dryers do not work all the time. For the last couple of months Ive had to take my laundry else where because every time I tried to wash or either dry my laundry something was wrong with the machine. Arden Rigde says we can not turn down our air conditioner below 70 because it will freeze up and it will be our problem and our responsibility. Some of the apartments are facing Arden Rd and it gets extremely hot, so hot you cant sleep. Arden Ridge is very trashy, meaning, there is trash everywhere in all parking lots and around dumpster. It sometimes gets up close to your apartment. Weve had a motorcycle stolen 30 feet from our apartment. This can give you an idea of the people that hang around here. Arden Ridge is cheap, it is close to a lot of places, but it is not worth it. The only good thing about Arden Ridge is the maintenance staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Lived in these apartments for less than a year and was less than pleased. People are hardly ever in the office and maintenance is slow at fixing things. They turn off the water without notice, but are quick to put a notice on your door if you are a day late. They dont give you your deposit back and give you the run around. Dont ask another person about anything! Nobody communicates in the office.Im sure this review wont be up long, since the ones on here are from friends, employees,or relatives of the property.

For the price it isnt too bad, nice & clean pool (ALWAYS) I had good neighbors around me so I never had to worry about them. Other parts would be a little dirty from peoples trash & CIGGARTE BUTTS.. GROSS!!! but management cant fix that. When I 1st moved in I would get notices that the bug people had sprayed but towards the end I never saw a note again. So they would just come and go w/o a notice. dont like that!!! My place was CLEAN when I moved in, GOOD THING!!! the floor is out dated & so are the old YELLOW counters. needs fans in the front rooms where the ac is because all that cold air just sits in that 1 room & wont circulate to the bedroom. NEVER had plumbing or electrical issues all in all not too bad & good Price

I cant get any information on the apartments and have been hung up on 6 different times when I have called.

Absentee owners & indifferent on site management- when present. Friendly, but problems sometimes. are ignored. If i could afford to move i would.
