The Annex is by far the best apartment we have lived in. The office staff is so friendly, especially Cassandra, she is so willing to help when I call. The maintenance is so quick to a service call. over all a 10/10 experience.

This complex is amazing and the staff go above and beyond for their residents. The whole staff and maintenance workers are so sweet, they take care of any issues quickly and always have a smile on their face. The size and price of the apartments are great especially in this economy. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I enjoy living here!

Anytime you have Apartment emergency they happy to helping you to make you and your family happy and safe . I recommend this property to live with children very quiet. It has nearby hospitals, restaurants and loop very closed

Management is always on top of things. My family has enjoyed living here the past year! Maintenance is always fast and quick getting anything done.

I personally had a wonderful experience living here. It was a quiet complex and in a great location. Staff and management are always eager to help. The few work orders that I did have were very minor upon move in and were resolved within 24 hours. Though the kitchen may seem small, there is ample amount of space for storage in the dining area, as well as a pantry for food storage. A few units even include a washer and dryer! Bug express comes monthly so there are little to no issues with pest control. I truly loved living at this complex and would highly recommend it!

The place and location is good. And the property is beautiful! Also the staff is super nice and helpful!

The apartments where we live are descent. The staff is good. Communication is very good with property management. Maintianence is taken care of very well. As for as tenants around that live here its o.k. some are good Some or bad. I personally think we need more lighting where we park our cars. Saftey issue. Thats it.

New manger is horrible. Im gonna get my dad in somewhere better that has employees thats not rude n hateful to old pople and kids. Definitely not a place to put your family.
