I’ve used Bin there dump that twice now and they provided an excellent service and on time. When I needed them a second time they were able to accommodate me with very short notice and still great service. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a dumpster that is just a bit smaller than those huge roll offs that take up so much room.

Pam, the Bin There Dump That Dispatcher, and her team coordinated withus, and provided our family with dumpster delivery and pick up three times during the clean out of our deceased parents estate. They were patient with our questions, comprehensive in explaining the process, and responsive in showing up on time for drop off and pickup. Add to that the reasonable price and flexible scheduling and we couldnt have asked for more. Oh, and the compact cube size of the dumpster fit into a tight spot easily, which was nice. They helped make a painful and unpleasant activity much less so. Id recommend these guys without hesitation.

Needed a dumpster for a patio project and home cleanup. They were great. Price was good and service was responsive. Driver was very helpful and placed the dumpster, not just where I needed it, but in a way to help my project flow more easily. Compared to others I looked at there max weight was 1 ton higher and they were willing to take a mattress and box spring I needed to get rid of (for dump fee of $15/each). There was a miscommunication about the pick up, but Pam and her team got it worked out quickly and as needed so I could continue my project as planned.

The large size of the dumpster and the French doors on the back made it convenient to load. It was also picked up in a timely manner. I would have given five stars but the dumpster was not delivered at the scheduled time so I had people waiting around for it to come. I would recommend scheduling the dumpster to arrive hours before you actually need it. However, this company did give us a discount for the inconvenience which was appreciated. A week or two after using this service an additional charge was added to my credit card for the disposal of a mattress. I feel Bin There should have sent me a text or email informing me of the second charge before hand.

Definitely recommend. Great service to cost ratio.The only complaint I could possible make with my experience concerning Bin There Dump That is they placed the dumpster at an angle instead of straight in line with the house. Since in my circumstance that was unavoidable (had a jeep in their way and wasnt able to move it) I guess thats not even a complaint at all. Pam in the office was great to work with and answered all my questions quickly and easily. The driver seemed like a cool guy too. Highly recommend.

Not only is their name a great pun, they were so easy to work with. I called, and had a dumpster the next day. The driver was so nice when he dropped the dumpster and was quick and efficient. The pick up was simple and quick. Ill need them a few more times before my house is all done, I will definitely be calling them again.

I had an overall good experience. I would use them again. A couple of specific improvements- I wish they would have given me a drop-off window. I had to ask when they were going to drop it off. Also it was not picked-up the day it was supposed to and we had it longer. You would think this would be nice, but we were done loading by the time we thought it was going to be picked up and the dumpster was in the way for four days.

Oh me oh my did Bin There Dump That save my bacon. I had but a couple of weeks to prepare my house for sale and I still hadnt cleaned up from my remodel or giant yard work project. Roughly 3 yards of dirt, several full sheets of drywall, and an old stained couch all fit...and more importantly, fit within my budget and time frame. I had used another dumpster service before, but I wish Id used Bin There Dump That the first time as well. Their courteous service and on-time drivers helped a ton. When my clothes dryer gave out unexpectedly a quick call and it was on the list of items to toss in the dumpster as well. Id give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

The Dumpster rental was fast and delivered the next day. The driver placed the dumpster right where I wanted it and protected the concrete. The pickup was on time and did not require my presence. Some very small sharp debris fell out of the dumpster on pickup and was not cleaned up by the driver. I cleaned it up myself.

My brother recommended this company because he was extremely happy with their service. I made arrangements with Pam to have the largest dumpster sent out. I love the fact that this company lets you keep the dumpster for 1 week! I was shocked because all the other companies were charging that price for only 2 days. I am a petite female so I needed to have some men help me remove all of the heavy couches, furniture, etc. The dumpster arrived promptly. It was bright green and looked brand new. Since I had the dumpster for a week, I was able to schedule my brother and boyfriend times that would work for them to haul the stuff out. It avoided alot of stress because I didnt feel rushed. I would have been worried all day but I was able to sort things in smaller boxes to fit into the smaller open areas after loading the heavy items. Another plus, you can completely open the doors at the end of the dumpsters! No heavy lifting above the dumpster. Just open the doors and load everything in. Watch the tutorial on youtube. Pam sent the video to me so that I was prepared to open it up. I googled the best ways to arrange furniture to make the most out of the dumpster rental so everything went smooth. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received! They came out really quickly and were absolutely the best priced company I communicated with. When the driver came to pick the dumpster back up he did a through sweeping to make sure my driveway was clear and clean!! I will definitely use them again for any future needs and will recommend them as well.

Unlike another dumpster rental place that left me hanging and caused me to postpone a tree removal (see my other reviews), Bin There dump that delivered the dumpster a day early in case we had issues with parking it on my driveway which has a somewhat steep incline. They were also highly communicative. The delivery driver was careful to protect my driveway despite the difficulty it presented. The price they quoted was also fair. I would definitely recommend using Bin There dump that again.

These are some of the most amazing people. Okay, it is a dumpster. They deliver it. You fill it. They pick it up. But here is the wonderful thing. We had a billing glitch. The computer billed us for two dumpsters. I emailed the company on a Saturday and RECEIVED A REPLY within the hour. The monies were credited and back in my account on Monday morning. That is what makes a company great - caring customer service when things dont go perfectly. Thank you!

They were easy to deal with. One problem though (wasnt the worst thing in the world) was that it was scheduled to come out Friday but it was delivered Thursday. We filled it up within one day so when I called on Friday night to have it picked up, I asked if they could do it on Saturday. Pam said that she doesnt know if they could pick it up on Saturday, they will try but just in case she scheduled us for Monday. Well Monday night came and we still had the dumpster. My husband called and told Pam the dumpster still needed to be picked up that day and she said that they require 48 hours notice? He reminded her that I had called her Friday to have it picked up and she said there was no record of that. A little irritating but nonetheless it was picked up Tuesday. I would probably use them again just cause their price for a 10 yard was very reasonable.

It was very unorganized, the day of scheduled deliver I received a text asking if delivery was today or next week, while guys were onsite waiting for the dumpster. Equipment breakdown left my dumpster on site longer (frustration for my customer) they sent out notifications of dumpster pick up did not pick up on stated days. Was not notified of additional charges until after the fact, had to reach out and ask for proof. As a general contractor, I will not use this company again.
