Used them once before, they were punctual and professional, this was a year ago. Called them again this year, updated CC info and was supposed to get a dumpster on late Tuesday or early Wednesday. Dumpster didnt come, no call. Called myself, just went to voicemail. Got a hold of him on Friday, he said he would look into what the delay was and call me back. Its now Monday and back to just getting voicemail, dont know what happened, had a week off to get yard and house cleaned up. Will have to figure out something else. Price was very competitive, beats most of the others, but doesnt matter if you cant get service. Thanks for nothing!

Brandon @ Aztec was awesome I needed another day due to the wind storm blowing over some trees. That extra day let me get the tree mess loaded up and hauled off. The dumpsters was delivered a couple hours early. The driver was willing to put it in the tight spot where I needed it. Professionalism all the way around from the desk to the driver. Very frustrated with Aztec. Ordered a dumpster to use for our deck removal and needed it for 7 days. Came quickly and was fine. The dumpster was supposed to be picked up on Mon, June 28. Called multiple times and left messages asking them to please pick it up as we had things scheduled and needed the driveway. Eventually received a call back that said they would pick it up late the 29th or Wed 30th at the very latest. Today is July 6 and have not received any communication since. The most frustrating part is that we are currently moving in to a home and our driveway is occupied with the Aztec dumpster so we could not use it for the Uhaul to move in. Today we are currently having a new roof installed and the roofers cannot use our driveway for THEIR dumpster or any other equipment. I am not sure what to do at the point as their mailbox is full. I also drove to their “office” but it didn’t seem to exist. We would appreciate some communication regarding this.

Absolutely, the easiest and most responsive dumpster company I have worked with and affordable! Friendly and accommodating, do what they say they will do, and they do it when they say they will.The dumpster was clean and so easy to load, the back gate opens which allows a person to walk into the dumpster to load it from front to back; no need to lift the items up and over the sides of the dumpster to load. I would give them ten stars with an exclamation point if I could!

Called them, answered on the first ring. I was told I would be able to get a dumpster the same day which was great. They never returned my calls, and whenever I would call it goes straight to voicemail. Their voicemail box is also always full.Waste of my time and a very poor experience. We called and got a dumpster ordered. That part went great! They were prompt with delivery. Pick up was supposed to be on Tuesday morning. They didnt pick it up. We called, and we were told that it would be picked up first thing on Wednesday. It wasnt, and I was told I would receive a call back as soon as he found out why. I was never contacted back, but it was picked up first thing on Thursday morning, at about 4:00 in the morning, which no neighbors appreciated. We then waited over a WEEK to be charged, and STILL, over 3 weeks later, havent received a receipt, even though I asked for one. So, I have no clue how much my dumpster weighed, so I dont know if I was charged correctly. I hope I was, but I have no clue. We have called them multiple times, and either he doesnt pick up, or he sends us to voice mail, and his mailbox is full. So, I figure others should be warned.

My husband and I recently purchased a house that needed some renovations. We tore out a fireplace, ripped out carpet in the entire 2 story house, had a ton of miscellaneous cardboard etc. We ordered the dumpster less than week out, got it delivered, and they even picked it up early on request. We loved working with Aztec so much that we ordered another dumpster from them for the continued house work to get our yard summer ready and throw out other storage items that were left from the renno. I wouldnt hesitate to say Aztec has the best prices and one of the most professional and timely businesses for local SLC dumpster rental.

Dump fees, delivering fees, hazardous material fees, gas fees... I got none of that when I used Aztec. These guys have fair prices and they are responsive to their customers. They quoted me a price for the week, but it was inconvenient for them to pick it up right away so I was able to have the dumpster for a full month. It worked very well for me.

4:00 A.M. in the morning you could have loud truck beepers and dumpsters slamming around to wake you up and numnut driver who says, yea I do, when you ask if they normally pick up at 4 A.M.in a residential Area.However, the owner was very responsive and helpful and said it wont happen again. Understanding how difficult it is to find good help, I appreciated his quick response.Hopefully the driver can learn to respect residential areas.
