Company does not own up to any responsibility when screwing up.. Also has an excuse for anything that is there anything that is their fault. They knocked over my wall at my business And blame it on is on a different person Even though their driver Gary came inside and told us he knocked the wall over. They only hire family so employees are not worried about treating customers poorly because they know their job is not in jeopardy. Mommy will protect them. Is truly a terrible experience overall. Make sure to take a peek at the pictures Before hiring these people

I work for WADMAN corporation and western big cities is a great company! They fulfill all disposal needs on a construction site. They are on time and keep there word.

I work for Okland Construction, which is a commercial construction company, and I have been using Western Big City for almost 2 years now. As a field engineer, I usually arrive to a project with waste services already set up and in place. Over the past two years I have made requests for to swap out 30 CY & 6 CY dumpsters as they fill up with construction debris. I have also used their concrete wash out service as well. Jen has been my primary contact with the company, and she has always been very helpful and responsive. I always try to give 24 hrs notice, and I cant think of the last time where a service truck has not come out the following day. Thanks!

Highly recommend Western for any Construcrion site. They are always on time and very easy to work with!!

They have always been very responsive and do all they can to service us. They typically can come the next day to empty a can or bring a new one. I speak with and work with Western usually about 3 times a week for the last 12 years or so.

Horrible Company. I was hit by a rock on the freeway that came out of one of their gravel trailers in April and there safety manager Frank would not respond to any phone calls or emails. I had to go another route trying to get the damage paid for and they are refusing to pay for it saying it’s a road hazard. Their truck driver was driving way too fast in a middle lane and now I have to pay $800 to replace my windshield because of their negligence.

They repeatedly come before our business gate is open then refuse to come back unless we pay an extra pick up fee. Make no effort to put customers need of trash removal a high priority.

Terrible and dishonest staff!! These guys damaged my front porch with one of their roll off containers and then refused to compensate or fix it. These guys are crooks!! Call anyone else for roll off service.
