Horrible service. Theft of property, actual fraud(contract). Avoid UPS. Other carriers available. 2 days later and they still dont know what is going on Other than an audit for a synergy drag link for sterring. PLAN ON WAITING 30MINS + FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..Theft and incompetence.!! Along woth fraud. My property was schedule for Jan 8, 2020. It is Jan 9th 2020. My customers part has not arrived after expedited shipping was paid.Not the first time and anytime my supplier ask what currier i say NOT ups. This time i did not get and option as I pay others more to not use UPS DELVIERY or FREIGHT. Again Horrible company to business with.

Ups is the best. There drivers are so friendly and helpful.

Was mistakenly told to come here by a UPS store. There isn’t anyone here to take small packages Go to the UPS Customer Center Not Here !
