Two years ago we shipped a car from our home to a brother-in-law in KY. The pick up was on schedule in our neighborhood. The driver parked as close as the streets would allow. He was careful loading the car and encouraged me to take pictures to document the cars condition. The delivery came a day earlier than expected. They called the recipient, set up a convenient time and delivered just then. The car was in good shape. And time hasnt revealed any hidden problems.Cant ask for anything more - a job well done, on time, and with cordiality.

Chose Carnections to transport my vehicle from the multitude of quotes I received nationally. I chose them for two reasons: 1) My initial interaction with Michelle was a positive one, and; 2) They are local, so I felt a bit of security in knowing I could go to them with any issues. My experience was less than satisfactory. For one, the communication was spotty after I put down the $200 for an $1125 transport (from Illinois). I was told my vehicle would be picked up on a Monday and arrive on a Wednesday or Thursday. It was actually picked up on a Saturday (to the surprise of the dealership) and I get an email from Michelle on the Monday simply stating youre vehicle has been picked up. That night (7:30pm) I get a call from the driver stating he will be at my home at 11am (Tuesday) and that I needed to pay him cash or a Cashiers check. Quite the surprise. Had to rearrange our schedules to get to a bank early in the morning (covid restrictions and all) to accommodate this driver. I received quotes from carriers that were as low as $825. I paid the extra $300 believing I would receive the minimum customer service and care. What I paid for was not worth the value received. I would try other means if you plan on having your vehicle transported.

Michelle was very pleasant to deal with and explained the process step by step. My car was delivered in the same condition it left in for a fair price. This industry has a lot of crooks and Carnections isn’t one of them. Honest, Fair, Reputable

Carnections was responsive and quick to get our car shipped. They gave me a price range of what we would be paying to ship the car. I really liked that as many companies I have read reviews on will give you a price and then charge you more than what was originally agreed upon. She explained how she gets her price and that it is not guaranteed until they find a trucking company to ship the car. Seeing as how this was the first time I ever shipped my card that was greatly appreciated for her to explain that to me. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Carnections has been great both times Ive used their service. We needed a pretty long haul both times, from Utah to the east coast and vice versa. Everything went well, communication was consistent, and the customer service was excellent. Everything was straightforward and simple, and the value was competitive. I recommend Carnections.

This company is amazing. I had my car transported from California to Tennessee and everything was amazing. The process was smooth and care free. They kept in contact and my car was delivered to me with no bumps scratches or anything.

In the middle of the Covid summer my car broke down in the middle of nowhere ID and could not be repaired locally, because Idaho. Carnections picked up my car and hauled it 600 miles for an affordable price and delivered it promptly. Nice people too.

Great company. Everything went well. I had my small car moved from Salt Lake to San Diego. I wasnt going to be there for the delivery and didnt know anyone in San Diego who could inspect the car on my behalf. I was a little nervous leaving my car in the hands of a driver Id just met. The dispatcher on the phone who scheduled everything and took my payment reassured me that they did this all the time. Everything went great! The car was waiting in my driving way when I showed up. It looked exactly as I left it. The driver left the keys where I told him to. It was surprisingly cheap too. This is a small company, and I like to leave reviews for small companies that do a good job.

I had a wonderful experience shipping my Toyota truck from West Jordan, UT to Tempe, AZ. Michelle always answered my questions and concerns and promptly had a schedule pick up and delivery for me. The driver that picked my truck from my house was so helpful and the delivery driver in AZ had my truck ready to be picked up outside my home before he even called me. Overall 5 stars! I will used them again and again.

I run a Used Vehicle department and have had 3 different large vehicles which are difficult to move, moved quickly, without incident and competitively priced over the last month. I have never shipped a car before so i really didnt know what to expect. Carnections made the whole process very easy to understand plus their pricing was very competitive.As a rule i always seek locally owned companies first and Carnections is locally owned.i recommend their services.

My experience with carnections was absolutely ridiculous. I ended up canceling the shipment altogether. I was told the car would be picked up within 7 days but was assured this is worst case scenario. I checked in on day 4 to see if a driver was assigned yet. I was told a driver had not yet accepted the move. I was leaving out of town and needed the car delivered before I left. I offered an extra $100 than was originally quoted to see if it would help the situation with the stipulation of the car shipping the next day. The move was assigned at the higher rate however the shipment would not leave for an additional 2 days which was not the agreement. I gave in despite the situation because I needed the car shipped ASAP. Even then the shipment was delayed an additional 2 days and would not be delivered in time. The entire time I had to push for information. Not once did the dispatcher reach out to me proactively. I canceled the shipment at day 9. These reviews are a raving but this simply was not my same experience. I would not recommend.
