The driver was nice and clean, dressed like a professional, and he was quick to my porch gave a quick knock on my door and headed back to his truck. My package was sealed so if it were to rain it would be dry and still stick to the surface of my parts. Thank you for being professional!

I see plenty of good reviews that look rather uniformed. You know, paid reviews to make this company look good. I ordered over a month ago and still have no tracking, no product, and no response from support. I might update this review if and when I get my product or a response from support. This co.pany is also claiming to have delays due to covid and civil unrest, that sounds like a Biden excuse for a company to perform poorly.

They provided the fastest shipping I have ever seen. I ordered something from a company based several hours north of me and was notified that the shipping label was printed that night. I thought nothing more about it, as I didnt pay for expensive shipping, just the standard 4-12 day shipping as usual. Imagine my surprise when I found the package at my door before I even got home from my 9-5 job the next day. Im impressed. Thanks guys!

I ordered something for my daughters birthday but knew it wouldnt get here before we left on a trip. I was so surprised to find the package arrived ONE DAY after we ordered it! I was thrilled! I was able to surprise her on our trip with her present and we couldnt believe how amazing the service was! Thank you SO much! My package arrived quickly and safely. My only complaint is related to the tracking. I wasnt expecting my package to be delivered because the estimated delivery date was several days away. A more accurate delivery estimation would have been helpful.

I make package delivery really difficult for drivers only because I have a curious dog who will go on a walk-about if I leave the gate open. First mile has done a great job of carefully lowering my packages just inside the fence. Usually they deliver packages with glass and nothing has broken after many deliveries. 😁

I think this package was delivered in a timely manner. There is nothing as exciting as going out the door and finding a package on my porch with my name on it. I did a little happy dance. Ive never heard of first mile but I loved that my package didnt get lost like packages delivered by some of those other guys.

Things happen, sure. But the only info on the tracking I could see for 16 days was the item was shipped. I wish I’d had a similar experience to the four and five star ratings here.My package was ordered April 11th. First mile picked it up the 13th. I just received that package today, April 29th. This was a huge failure and I hope no one else has this same experience.

All I can say is BEWARE.. absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any delivery service. The driver delivered my package to the wrong address (addresses were not even close so how he got them mixed up is alarming) & finally got ahold of someone because I needed to get a claim number so I could replace my package. She instead wasted an entire week trying to get the driver to retrieve the package & here I am STILL with no claim number and no follow up. Any time I want to know what is going on I have to reach out- SO UNPROFESSIONAL and all I have gotten is an oh sorry..basically as in not my problem. They could seriously careless that I need the contents in my package and cannot get them replaced until they give me a claim number. Again, beware they are TERRIBLE and literally waste your time when there’s an issue. I will be making sure in the future to request that my packages never be delivered by them and sharing my terrible experience with others! When you order packages the last thing you should have to worry about is whether or not the delivery driver knows their numbers and can delivery it to the correct address!!

Not a good first experience. My package was shipped on 10/21 and here it is 11/2 and I still dont have it. Contacted customer service and got lied to. Im in Maryland and its been sitting in New Jersey for 3 days now. I see all these five star reviews and wonder how many are actually customers. Dont use these guys. Just pay the couple extra dollars and use USPS, UPS or FedEx. Maybe Ill get my package, maybe not. Not a good experience.

For a logistics company, these folks really dont seem to understand effective routing. Ive included pictures of the actual tracking of my package. The route my package took made no sense, and the fact that my package hung out in Atlanta for 15 days, then went from Atlanta to Indiana and hung out there for 6 days before taking 6 days to move from Indiana to North Carolina.I contacted First Mile on December 6 and was told that the shipping method chosen was a slower method (like what? ...old school pony express? I could walk from ATL to RDU in less than 12 days). I was also told that it was because of COVID-19. I ended up contacting the original retailer because the package contents were a gift for my daughters birthday on December 21. I placed my order on November 30. The original retailer sent a new package via FedEx and it arrived two days later.Like another reviewer, I think a lot of the 5 star reviews (like the ones mentioning packages arriving ahead of schedule) are possibly shills. This tracking speaks for itself. First Mile may want to invest in some actual logistics and routing software because a package shouldnt go from ATL to IN to make it to NC. Thats just nonsensical!

Alway prompt delivery of packages and way way way better than ups all day long and twice on Saturdays. I would definitely recommend trying them out with any of your shipping needs.

I placed an order 23 days ago and paid for expedited shipping and tracking. Tracking still says in transit. My emails and phone calls go unanswered.

As everyone knows there are endless delivery options for modern day shopping that takes place from the couch or ones bed. So when my wife’s latest Albion Fit order arrived traveling 1st class in a First Mile delivery van we knew her precious cargo had been meticulously cared for from pick up until its final destination arriving safely on our front porch!
