Terrible scam of a business. Had a shipping label sent to me to send work equipment back, supposed to cut the entire cost owner knew that i would not need to pay for shipping and charged me $60. Reporting to Department of Workforce Services & Labor MinistryEDIT: Yes, it was sent from that address and heres a picture of my reciept and a picture of my package which was ALREADY packaged and with a shipping label hence no need for a $60 shipping charge.

Been trying to call for 30 minutes. No answer. I dont even know why u have a phone number if u dont plan on answering.

I asked for a services that I needed for courts documents to be shipped to another country ( I needed a signature prove) he said yes, we do that service in that country, I paid a really expensive service that I didnt receive, when I called to complain there answer was. We delivered your documents to the address you gave us, we cant do nothing else because it was with a third party and the office where they offered the service didnt specify any special request so we cant refund you. I didnt get what I need for the court and lost my money. Definitely I dont recommend DHL.

Instead of using this place, just go straight to the DHL office out in west valley. These guys wouldn’t ship something, and I went out there and DHL knew all the rules and had no problem shipping.
