I was planning a move from New York and timing was critical. My brother called Brandi because he was very impressed by what she had done for his clients. Brandi did a great job of negotiating, but made sure they knew It was contingent on my contract being signed.However, I lost it to someone who was ready. I was crushed, but knew she was right to hold me back because there were some lengthy ups and downs before I could secure the contract on my house in NY. It might have been extremely stressful had I signed a contract on this condo before I was unemcumbered.While I was getting ready for the move, Brandi searched for weeks without a complaint or even a hint of attitude or house hunting fatigue.I would not have blamed her if she did. I think she loves this work. She should, because shes very good at it.As soon as I arrived in SL, I was certain I had missed the best opportunities. After seeing many that were good contenders but werent quite perfect, she brought me to a grand, open, light, luxurious, condo in Holladay with high ceilings and beautiful finishes, two balconies with a view of Mt Olympus and a park across the street. I thought it was too grand for me at first, but she helped me get over that. I closed a month before my shipment came.The delivery of my things was disastrous, with almost everything was broken and a good portion, of my valuables missing. I was in shock for months. But the apartment was/is so perfect and beautiful, the furniture was no longer so critical. It was a beautiful, restful place to heal. I will always be grateful for her nurturing, calming manner and sound insights, not to mention her endless efforts to find the perfect place for me. What she found was truly HOME!Brandi is a rare person who loves her work, and loves the people she works with. A perfectionist with a great sense of humor. Shes a very thorough and professional. Everything is done right. No corners cut. Berkshire Hathaway is certainly reputed to be the finest RE company in the area, and Brandi definitely represents their best. She did all the hard work and was a pleasure to be with.
