Wanted the keys to our new home. I was astounded that Brandon had stashed them AT THE HOUSE, leaving a key under the doormat. (Like any idiot isnt going to look there???)Our own agent took the extra time and effort to immediately secure our home. Brandon only played games when I approached him on the issue. Therefore Im letting you know here, how they do business.If Utah Select Realty is going to apply far less professionalism and consideration to the handling of something this valuable, than almost any minimum-wage employee would do for you at [pick a business]? You probably dont want Utah Select Realty handling YOUR business affairs. Steer clear.

This review is for other Realtors who are interested in potentially joining USR for their brokerage. I worked as a Realtor with Utah Select Realty for almost a year and a half. I just counted 37 transactions, so I was busy! In that time I had (1) great support from the Principal Broker who was very fast in responding to my many questions, (2) fast processing of my commissions, (3) low commission splits, (4) wonderful and instructive interactions with the other agents there, and (5) great technical support for the transactions. I only left because I got into a different aspect of real estate (rentals). I recommend USR!

If youre buying from them, and the home is owned by ETNA Properties, get two or three home inspections--one will not be enough if the house that they are selling is from ETNA Properties!If your home is not owned by ETNA, take extreme caution! If they will deal with ETNA, they probably deal with other very unethical companies.
