Incredibly nice man showed up (on time!) and set the slide up. The kids had so much fun using the slide all day. I just wish the delivery fee hadn’t been so expensive. But it was the highlight of my son’s birthday party so it was worth it!

The delivery is early. Great set up and quality. The kids had lots of fun playing. The one star is for the misunderstanding. These young men were folding the water slides when I asked them If I have to return a bottle of bubbles. They said I can have it since it’s for free. By the time I asked them - the bubble machine was taken by them already. I’m not sure why there’s a misunderstanding and the need to call us if they can answer it. Also, I’ve given them gratuity for appreciation. Thank you!

We ordered a water slide last minute for a birthday party. Communication was great and they were extremely helpful. They delivered and setup quickly and returned to take down at the end of the party. Weve used them several times and have been pleased each time. We refer and recommend often!

I booked an inflatable combo (bounce house/slide) for a fun end of school year party for my girls and their friends. They were responsive and helpful from the initial touchpoint, timely in delivery and pickup, the unit was clean and sanitized, and we had a blast! My best compliment to Jumpin Jack Splash is that they had incredible customer service and post-event follow up. I will definitely use them again when I need another bounce house, and definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Love that Jumping Jack Splash delivers and sets up. The guys that set up and take down know what they are doing. They set up quickly, where I want the slide. The take down is great too. No damage to my yard and they are super nice and polite.

It was supposed to rain on my sons bday. I didnt even notice. The owner of jjs CALLED ME to let me know it would rain . He offered to change the delivery day to accommodate for better weather. Their ETA for delivery and pick-up is always pretty spot on! Theyre always professional and clean the bouncers just after setup, and after taking it down. I lovet using their services. There are cheaper options, but for how professional and clean they are, Id pay a bit more for that. Totally worth it!!!

These guys are the best! We’ve used them twice and they’ve been absolutely wonderful. Communication was great throughout the whole process. On our last rental I had given them the wrong card to charge, and they were able to quickly void the transaction and charge the correct card. It was a Saturday and I didn’t have a lot of hope they would be able to help me, but Jennifer quickly called me back and took the new payment. I was so happy! We look forward to renting from them again for our next event.
