Not everyone there is super knowledgeable about seller finance as its a complicated topic but if you talk to the right person, they are very helpful and responsive. I spoke to Jme and he was very on it and knowledgeable. Just be persistent in getting in touch with a someone knowledgeable of what you need and theyll be very helpful.

I really enjoy working with Escrow Specialists. I have seven accounts with them. I have worked with them over a five year period of time. I have never been anything but very impressed. Customer Service is great.

I have been paying this company since Dec 2016 on a property that I used a personal investor to purchase. I have sold the property and close tomorrow but having trouble understanding all of the fees they are trying to charge me. I called them several times and could never get an explanation. I received an email stating what some of the charges were and it still didnt make sense why all of the numbers were off. I just got off a phone call with the office manager and as we were speaking I politely asked him not be condescending to me. He then called me an idiot and was very rude to me. I have dealt with many business within Utah over the past 20 years and have never been treated like this. The experience was absolutely horrible and no one should ever be treated like this. If they had explained things fully in the beginning the results may have been different but the employees dont know what they are doing and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible people skills.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Extremely unorganized with archaic processes. I use them to transact on a mortgage and they will not do anything electronically. Any type of payment disbursement has to be done via standard mail. The worst part about the company are the people that work there. EVERY TIME I call in, they act irritated and put out (with the exception of Dalia, I have worked with her one time and shes great). But overall, their processes suck, their employees are rude and unfortunately, the decision to use this company is with the buyers as they are the ones paying for the service. Find another company! Hell, hire me and I will act as your payment facilitator.

Poor service, I have talk with the service manager, she just transfer my call to an answer machine... This is really insane, how is possible that you can name your self service manager, giving to the people who pay your check every month this bad service.

Incompetent and rude. Please do not use them.
