Way...way above the call of any other title company in Utah. Limhi, and the entire team are incredible. For some reason I got a psychopath for an underwriter, and would have never ended up the the beautiful home I have....if it was not for Limhi M. at Monument Title. Working with this title company is frustrating. I work for a property management company (homeowners association related) and when they request information for closing they never collect the proper amounts. They always change things on the sale without even communicating it. The put second request on everything whether it is or not. I am thoroughly tired of dealing with a company that doesnt communicate. I know I dont have a choice in whether or not I work with them, but please look for a different option and save yourself and every company that has to work with them unnecessary grief.
