Strange. I have to acknowledge that I have read the ReliaCard disclosure but there is no link to indicate that I acknowledged reading it. That and I want to know how illegals are getting unemployment but honest, hard working Americans have to go through bureaucratic hell just to get denied? This all seems like some sort of sick joke.
Its ok. I havent been in for a while since covid but when i was there last there was a lack of service upon entering. And it was quite a fiasco having to wait so long to talk to an employee. It is understandable to, especially with all the backup theyre dealing with. Its all about good customer service and proper communication with everybody. You are all doing the best you can. Keep up the good work.
I have called the unemployment office 6 times over last month. Today, after waiting on hold for over an hour, my call was answered and then dropped. I got a hold of someone when first opened my application about how I have a job offer that I can’t start until beginning of August. I was told to call every few weeks to be able to overwrite the job search requirement. On top of this i have finished everything that has been requested and my account still says there are things stopping me from getting the unemployment assigned to me. Really just need to talk to someone for 5 minutes and fix most my issues

I was able to download all my paperwork for filing victims of crime against Daniel Olson and Rita I dont know her last name I got to get a copy of the police report and then the little friend of hers that kicked me in the back when I was when I fell down on the grass so yeah they help me get all that paperwork and I got it all faxed off to the right people so hopefully soon Im going to get some restitution and Ill be able to go wherever I need to go to get help for the pain in my back the fact that I cant get my right hip back in you know just all that they cause. Evil people evil evil evil people!
Friendly, extremely helpful and informative. They made it as safe as possible with covid being around as well!!! Definitely recommend this location over others!!

This was a new experience. The place was almost completely empty. Made it easy to get in and get done what I had to do.
I’ve literally been waiting to get through to someone for 3+ hours and still waiting. It shouldn’t be this difficult and it shouldn’t take this long just to get a hold of someone. I call every single day and I never get through to an agent. Yesterday, I waited an hour and 40 minutes, and a worker named “Bill” answered and acted like he couldn’t hear anyone, even though I knew he could, because he’d stop talking when I was explaining myself, and then he hung up because “he couldn’t hear anyone on the line”. He was the first person who has answered in weeks, and I couldn’t even speak to him. Not to mention, my family and I were approved for an EBT card and they have sent us one August 3, and we never received it. Then they sent another one for us, and we haven’t received that one. We need this assistance. The fact that we can’t ever get a hold of an agent is infuriating because this is important. We have money just sitting there on a card that we don’t have. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Experience terrible talk to some agent (yen) and no help not even when you have a child in critical condition at the hospital what a waste of taxpayer money hiring individuals like this agent if you can call her that but all well you cant hide from ....Karma.....
I like location its close to my home. People over there are so friendly I always receive help when I need it. Truth to be told I will always suggest this location to everyone who is in need of any kind of help and the service there is fast as well.

I moved counties and I cant continue my application until I can speak to a claims representative. Ive called both Utah and Salt Lake Counties with no answer. Im so frustrated by this!About 30 minutes after this review, I was contacted by a claims representative who went out of their way and addressed my concerns.

In 1776, our four fathers dreamed of a country for the people and by the people. What we have here is a monopoly system only for them to make judgment on those who struggle. Especially during a pandemic. They are making money on those who have been unfairly judged. The covid act sent money to people in need then the state of Utah makes them pay it back. Poor investigators, poor customer service and extremely poor communication. Utah has failed its citizens in crisis.

Went there to print some résumés and they are open & practicing social distancing. One in four computers are available; had to wait in a conference room 25 minutes for my turn.
Ive been on hold for hours, every single day of the week, trying to get a hold of a claim representative for unemployment insurance to report things about my claims. I really need someone to reach out to me. If you read this review, please HELP!
It is a joke the way that they try to make the benefits work if you dont have a medium of transportation or some change for the bus to get to work and rely only on yourself because you dont have family in this state, they wont release your benefits you have to be actively looking for work or making contacts otherwise they wont give your unemployment benefits at all a.k.a unemployment insurance
Talked on the phone with Robert. So nice and helpful. Was a struggle getting in contact with the claims team but I’m glad I got him.
If I could give no stars I would!! By far the worst DWS I have ever had to work with. I am a hard working single mom and trying to get off of rock bottom. It has been nothing short of a nightmare trying to get the temporary assistance we need! VERY disappointed!!
I have been on hold for a total of 1.5 hours. This is rediculous. The website is no help just tells you to call about your claim. Cannot get through to anyone and the automated system just hangs you up. I had to call collections through them to transfer me. Just to hold for 1.5 hours... how many people do they have working? Again #$%#ing ridiculous

Don’t hold your breath waiting for help here or you will end up dead, they way they make you feel inside after contacting them. You are better off on your own looking for work then dealing with this “service”
This place is so compartmentalized that no one has a chance of knowing whats going on. the people are completely worthless and incompetent in every way, they are completely detached from the personal realities they are affecting. if you need medicare or other assistance you better be homeless.

Waste of your time going in circles for call prompts then once you finally get to where you want to be they simply say they can’t answer your call because there’s too many people calling and hang up on you as opposed to just telling you that this whole thing is gonna be a waste of your time at the beginning of the phone call
Help by phone is unavailable. Helpful service needs tremendous work. Their phone contacts keep on hanging up. Cant even claim needed money due to not having the required info that I already have given before! This workforce service is way worse than the EDD in California.
What a joke can’t ever get ahold of anyone how am I suppose to know if I can even come in to use a computer 🙄

I posted a job looking for construction laborers $1850 to $1950 an hour I ran for 30 days I received only 12 resumes out of the 12 resumes I had 4 return phone calls out of the 4 return phone calls one person took the job. I was offering 12 to 15 positions will train.So I call the unemployment office and ask them if everybody in Utah had a job there comment back to me was( we cant make anybody take a job). I understand that but why do we keep paying the unemployment benefits?sad state if I didnt have a job and had a chance to make that kind of money so my family could eat instead of sitting on my butt collecting unemployment benefits I wouldve been all over it and I would be extremely embarrassed to look my family in the face each day.

There are some people that work here that know how to speak to customers and treat customers. But when I called them back today, they kept asking the same questions that I was asked before and the lady was very rude that I spoke to. They need to go over how to treat people with their employees...

Worst customer service over the phone! Extremely rude female that I spoke to today. Was raising her voice with me when I asked her questions about my CHIP case. Needs to learn some patience and empathy.

They help you to find a job. But they get in your file and get your information and gossip about it to each other. I have an x friend there. Texted me telling me I know you got terminated from your job. They new that because I filed for food stamps and I had to bring my case worker a letter of termination from my employer. So its eaither the case worker gossiped to my x friend about me or my x friend got into my file and found out. They broke the law right there. Its called clients privacy. You guys need to get rid of these dump people who work for your

This is the most inefficient and unorganized agency of the Utah state government. No training with their case workers, inconsistent communication and hard to reach nature of the agency all contributes to this one star rating.

Saved my life, quite literally, these people can work miracles if you are willing to put in the effort and maintain patience.
In this pandemic many offices are hard to access. This office took the time to meet with me outdoors after some phone interaction. They also helped me with filing and collection of documentation. 10 stars!!!
