I called the office to try to ask Kristy Owens 1 simply question and they gave me the run around about why she couldnt come to the phone one of them being that she just walked into the office. I could hear her in the background say. I already sent it what do they want?! Since she had just gotten in, I waited a few minutes for her to get settled and then I called again. The person I spoke to the second time told me that She was in a meeting At that point we tried to get a hold of someone else that could help since it was a time sensitive matter. She then got on the phone and began yelling at us. My issue is 1. we had one question. and 2. If she was in a meeting, how did she have so much time so sit on the phone and complain about how we called so many times. That makes absolutely no sense. She was so unprofessional and rude to both me and my manager I really cant believe thats who they chose to hire.

I called to get a form filled out and the ladies in the office were giving me a really hard time. I wish they would be at least a bit more respectful when talking to people since they are getting paid to answer the phones and assist people.

The staff at this place just act like they don’t want to work. I tried to get a hold of someone and they were just going around in circles like they didn’t want to answer the phone. A lady named Kristy told me to stop calling. So rude... I wish Dawn were still there...
