Aerotek Salt Lake City has been one of the best experiences I’ve had that I’ve always been there for me, They have found work for me the pays well, with an amazing atmosphere to work there. The people at Aerotek are so responsive anything you need they always get back to you and always help you out. And also the benefits that they offer you when you’re working with them as a contractor are really nice, so as a whole Aerotek is pretty amazing one of the best contracting companies I’ve ever been with.

This was the best experience Ive ever had in getting a job. The application was very easy I just had to submit my resume and then a wonderful representative named Jacinda called me just a couple days later. I have nothing but good things to say about her! She was so positive and supportive. She prepared me so well for my interview. She gave me prep questions so I could prepare for the exact things the interviewer would be interested in. Gave me tips on what the interview would be like so I didnt get stage fright.She even did a mock interview with me. She wished me luck the morning of my interview and then called that afternoon to offer me the position. She has been my number one cheer leader.I have never had an agency care so much about getting me a job. I will be reccomending her and them to my family and friends!

I have had a wonderful experience with Aerotek the last couple days. I received a call from the most kind and charismatic recruiter named Matty. From the begging she was clear and warm towards me, and asked me questions about what I was looking for. After answering some questions, she offered me to have an interview during that call about a position she thought would be a good fit for my own circumstances. I hate temp agencies with a passion and usually cant think of anything nice to say about most of them... But Rene Flores, changed my mind about recruiters. Not only did he take the time to actually read my resume and find a job for me that Im excited to start, but he stayed in contact with me everyday up til I had my interview. Ive never had a temp recruiter email me info on how to prepare for the video interview but gave a lot of good tips so I wouldnt be jittery during my interview. He actually wanted me to contact him afterwards to let him know how it went. I wouldnt have got my dream job if he hadnt helped me. even his manager called to congratulate me and offered to help fill out all necessary paperwork during the hiring process. This team really does care and will do almost anything to help someone succeed. Aerotek is the only staffing agency I will ever use if I need to ever find another job.

Really sounds like a win win entill your new employer resents the amount of additional money they pay out. Aerotec is the annoying middle man! They dont do anything after the initial hire, so leaves the employee in an awkward limbo. Id definitely reconsider wiring with or for aerotec.

Last week on Monday, I called 2 times, and left 2 voicemail to a recruiter to get an interview, nobody called me, came in person Wednesday or Thursday and was told a recruiter will be calling me, never happened, on Friday spoke to Rene and he helped me out to resolve everything, and I appreciated that he did something about it even though it’s not his location. A recruiter name Amanda got back to me to set an appointment for a job interview and today I went and was sent to the wrong place since the location is wrong, checked at 3 different locations near by and nothing. The location was far, it was in Sandy which is ok, I took the time to get a babysitter and drive over there, but it’s a waist of time when things are not done right. I called and spoke to Rene, and told him about the situation, and he said his boss will call at 4:00pm about this and the position, it is 5:47, nobody called. I am very frustrated, because it’s a waist of time, it’s an agency to recruite people, probably the worst service because Spherion reached out to me within half an hour.

I recently moved to Utah from another state. I was found it hard to locate a job similar to the field of work that I am in...Daley Hand from Aerotek found me and within a week I was working at a place that I love! She was extremely responsive to my likes and dislikes, keeping an open eye out for jobs that fit my work ethic and personality. I am very impressed on how she stays connected with me to ensure that my work environment still fits my needs. I am very thankful to Aerotek for looking out for my best interest.

Told me they would look into this job for me. Waited two and a half weeks, decided to call them, told me they where really busy and they where sick for a couple days. How does a couple days explain two weeks? Then two days after that I walked into Aerotek and they told me the employer wasnt interested. Couldnt they have told me that sooner and over the phone? Didnt even want to talk to me about other possible jobs. Waste of time.

Company with little professionalism, they promise you a salary, you do not sign a contract and once you receive the first check it is much less than what they promised you. Beware of them!

Dont even bother with this place. I would have given them no star if I can. When in looking, did an interview, was told they would be able to find me work, they dont get back to you, The person who I had an interview with call me back many days laterand then told me that that because I hadnt work for a long time.(only because I was married before and didnt have to work) and didnt have professional references. They wouldnt be able to get a job. Want a joke.

They told me id be working at a certain time which was not true, there scheduling was ridiculous! And the guy who was going to do my interview was very rude on the phone, and after i explained that the schedule they had didnt work with my schedule, since it was not what they stated in the beginning, it seemed as if i had inconvenienced them? Also the job ended way before they had stated it would. i have contracted them trying to get a call back to see if they have any other jobs and they will not even respond. i will not be working with them again! if i could give them No Star, i would!!!

I was miserable at my last job. Aerotek matched me up greatly and I am currently working to my fullest potential. I love working for Aroteck, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The jobs are great and they really know how to help you find the right job. Plus the staff always go out of there way for you, helping you to feel like family. I will definitely try and work here again.

I signed an employment contract with Aerotek, and it took a full month from the day I signed until I could start. There are several communication disconnects, especially among their own staff. Their medical insurance is non-existent, even though they will say they have benefits for employees. They will be incredibly nice to you, but they stopped talking to me once I began working. Overall, it has been an incredibly disappointing experience, since I was recommended by a friend.

Henry treat me so well. He didn’t just find the next job available. He found me a job that fit my skill set and something relating to my experience. I can’t thank Henry and Aerotek enough.

Love the people Ive worked with from there; miscommunication is a problem though. After 3 & 1/2 mos in my position Ive just been informed that the temp-to-hire isnt set for 90 days, nor is it set for 120 days ... its set for 120 WORKING days, meaning weekends and days off dont count towards me going full time with the job assignment. 120 working days is the equivalent of 6 months, which would have affected my decision to come on board with them.

Horrible! I thought these places were to help you have a smoother ride for your new job- total opposite! They are so unprofessional, they get into too many contracts and they can’t keep up! They owe me a full day of training,so i went in talk to them they acted like they cared, manager called me back the next day. Here is 3 weeks later and they once again forgot about it.

I went to the hospital during my time of employment and was told I would be covered under workers comp. The company never filed the claim and I called numerous times with no response. I also sent detailed emails of the incident and still received no acknowledgement from this company. I ended up paying the bill out of my own pocket after being sent to a collections agency.I would not recommend working for this company.1 out of 5 stars is not a low enough rating for this company.

They helped file a report for bad work related treatment my dad received from his contractor, the people at Aerotek really had his back! I also have a great assignment and they are really kind, helpful and always reach out in a timely manner. Not to mention they had the exact position I needed.

Wouldnt recommend to anyone they lie about what shift you will be working and cut you off your time card early when the company your contracted to gives you a hire date(2 weeks out) and they take your last check to cover insurance so you have no money to live on this has to be the worst temp service I have ever had to deal with I would give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest

Horrible! They exploit the work opportunity tax credit by helping people get low end jobs then they ditch you and never respond to e-mails or return phone calls. They also quoted me a higher pay for a job and once I was offered a position they admitted to making a mistake and the pay was actually lower ( I saved the e-mails!) I have no idea where my first 2 pay checks are and they wont call or e-mail me back. They were so strict about being on time to their orientation for new hires and then their presenter was almost an hour late!! They pretend to be so helpful at first until you sign their contracts then they drop you like a new born Giraffe KAPLOP!!! Im so surprised the federal government is not auditing this place and fining them or closing them down!

Lol this is a joke, I waisted my time, gas and brain doing all the typing and filling applications here. Then they said theyre gonna call and its been 2-3 weeks nobody returned any called or even reply to my messages. At least tell me if Im not getting the job so I can look for something else.

They hired me before and I was rehired for R1 but the drug screen was not received because the drug screen place they gave me did HEPB and TB and we’re trying to look for a vein but couldn’t find it because my veins were so thin and they told me to come the next day. The same morning AEROTEK contacted me that I failed and I can’t do anything anymore, no options no nothing. My thing is I did nothing wrong and they tried to twist among Concentra saying I should do feedback with them when concentra is willing to do a lot for me and return in a drug screen but they just couldn’t accept it. I use to love AEROTEK but now it’s just stupid how they went about it. I cried knowing this information but I know there will be opportunities out there for me. Thanks for making life harder.

My over all experience with Aerotek has been amazing I requested a job in an area that they did not cover because I was relocating and the Agent who was assisting me Micheal Hume assured me they would find something that will fit my needs and right when I was about give up hope a couple weeks later my Agent called me and told me the job I wanted had an open position I WAS SOOOO HAPPY!!! I got the job I wanted all because Aerotek did not give up on me I am forever grateful and I love the job I have now!!!!

Honestly if i can give no stars i would most definetly...i had a job already lined up with an old recruiter tyler and had gotten the job almost instantly then I had called few days before start date and spoke to “Ron”...let him know that my schedule maybe wouldnt fit, he told me he would ask to change me to a new job, but never told him to take me out of the other...anyways to make things short he so does not have the customer service skills that he should at that kind of job he does...I mean he was rude and so un professional...guess I’ll never be able to work for them all thanks to my good friend RON

They are ok. Nationwide contact labor, for none permanent jobs. Good selection of engineering jobs, but they havent found work for me in over a year.

The worst experience I have had with a staffing agency, an incredible waste of time, I applied for a job through them and they called me back just to have me drive a 3 hour round trip to tell me I have the job and then call me whilst at the job and tell me I have to leave immediately, a job I quit my current one for. Dont waste your time with this company.

I had a great experience working aerotek here in SLC. Zach my agent found me a job the first day I met with him. He got everything set up before I could even get my foot out the door. The communication between them and myself is fantastic. I received a phone call almost every day just to make sure everything was going well. If it wasnt a phone call from Zach his self Mario or someone working with him would be on the other line. They like to find good quality workers to place on their jobs and I must say if YOU WANT TO WORK, THEY HAVE A JOB FOR YOU. If you dont b.s they will do what ever they can to place you somewhere that will benefit you in the long run. Its not just a temp job, for myself they placed me with a great employer! At the moment Im actually even being hired on after a month!!! This is my second time working with aerotek for job placement, one back in Colorado and then here. Each time I was placed with an amazing company. Its like aerotek works hard to get their job done so everyone around them can get theirs done. They truly make the job hunt that much easier, but that doesnt mean to ever stop trying. If recommend aerotek to anyone on the job market!

Awful service, they waited 12 weeks to change my direct deposit from my Texas account to my utah account. They lied to me about the length of the contract. they never answer the phone, they dont reply to my emails. Ive wasted 6 months of my life with this company.

Even though the position had several slots and I was the first one to apply. The hiring staff is semi professional because when I spoke hed cut me off in the middle of a sentence. He took my paperwork but never told me when I should expect a call and theyd never respond to my messages. If you need to job go somewhere else they wont help.

Personal manager would never call back or email back or respond to messages. I was out 3 days for my fathers death and made literally 50 calls to Bferguson and the client leaving messages telling them about my dads passing and was released due to a no call no show!

Two separate times John had just wasted my time getting me a job lined up and becomes unresponsive. Also never available when i call during business hours. Very poor service.

I was told by a recruiter that he had reached out to me in regards to a customer service position, when in fact he hadnt. Then he said he would email me a test to take and didnt do that either.

I have worked with Michael at AeroTek he is a very professional guy who wants to help you find a job. He calls every week to see how things are going. I look forward to working with them again.
