Quick to get you a job, but if you have any issues good luck calling in. I called and tried to leave a voicemail before the shift started but the line disconnected before it reached voicemail, another day I did leave a voicemail but nobody ever called me back and marked me “no call, no show”.

If I could give no stars I would. So unprofessional. Made a bad face when I told the rep I quit my job. I asked her whats wrong? Well! Its not a employee market right now. Its an employers market. Treated me like its my first job ever. Told me to call in twice a week. If you dont she told meout of sight out of mind.I agree with the other review. They are snobby. Working in a nice air conditioning office and they only have to lift a pen. While the people they found jobs for are working HARD.Please stay away. I hope they treat the people that walk in with more respect and dignity now. But I doubt it.

Absolutely terrible! I have been discriminated here by one of the employees bringing up my religion Im not sure how my beliefs would align with getting me recruited to a new job? I am going to better business bureau and see what they think about this. I must warn DO NOT COME HERE. They dont treat you as a priority and they will dance around with calls to different employees. They wont assign you job that fits best for you. When you ask for a manager number they wont give it to you. Or higher management. All three employess refused and yes I do have names. Theyre non professional. You will save a lot of time and stress going to a different agency. Its too bad they discriminate here. Im very upset with the service Ive received from 3 different employees. I am filing to complaint BBB.

I worked very hard at a job Synergy placed me with. They told me $9.50 an hour. I got a ride to work from my roommate, and walked 5 miles to get home every day. After 2 weeks my phone ran out of service. I couldnt call them, and I couldnt get a ride because my roommate was out of gas. I didnt show up for work on a Sunday. Because of this, even though it was a legitimate reason, Synergy paid the remaining 60 hours at minimum wage, If I could find an attorney to sue them I would. I assume they will charge the company the full $9.50 and pocket the rest because I terminated my contract without notice. It is a very disgusting practice. The company should no longer be in business.

Saw a lady at Workforce Services told me to come in they had lots of stuff. I went in -they have you fill out the application, turn in resume, do your W-2s, I-9s, have you set up direct deposit paperwork- then take you back and ask you a ton of questions only to be told there was only 2 jobs that I had to decline because I was unable to do them or get to them.I realize its their job to get people in the door so they have more people to pick from to send out on jobs, but I was super irritated that it was implied there was tons of jobs. I just knew for sure I would get something and then to have only two that didnt apply to me- I found rather irritating.

I was referred to Synergy on Friday. I had originally planned to register there on the following Monday BUT, after reading these scathing reviews, I shall quite happily avoid them. Thank you, disenchanted customers, for saving me the trip. To Synergy, its management and staff I would offer the following counsel: As you folks clearly need to get your act together; I suggest you either do so... or close your doors. Zero stars.

The company isnt that bad, when compared to other temp agencies. The one thing that they could work on is calling you back when they say they have a job lined up for you, cause they never call back and when you call them back they say its been filled and we tried to call you (bullshit). But they do get you better jobs than other agencies ive been to. Maria is the best worker there. she really tries to get you work and i appreciate that. Thank you Maria, keep up the good work, and she treats you like a person, she talks to you not at you, and because of that i give my all at any job im sent to, and i always will because thats just how i roll son.

Synergy covers their tracks well and they have deleted some of their unfavorable Google reviews to portray themselves in a more flattering light. So some of the negative reviews, like this one might get deleted and theyll have one of their own personal agents create a glowing but false review of the company. To be fair, some of the staffing agents are more on the ball than others. And some of the companies and clients you are assigned to work with via Synergy are more decent than others and even treat you with kindness and respect, which is greatly appreciated by the workers. We definitely have our favorites and the concensus opinion on our top corporations to work for, but I personally keep that to myself to maintain professional integrity. Other companies they assign you to will give you no break in 12 hours and youll swear youve descended into a Tijuana hellhole or something. They seem to think were all too dumb not to be aware of the employment laws governing the state of Utah. Pretty sure no break in 12 on-the-clock is illegal. Though some of the companies treat you like human beings and will give you a complimentary (REDACTED). A while back they had an awful staffing agent who couldnt keep the schedule straight. I saw the agent actually swallowing addictive prescription pills while on duty. I read the bottle. Big wonder she couldnt keep the schedule straight. But then a younger girl whose name starts with T. took over and shes just a fantastic, efficient schedule master and so sweet. Shes awesome, really turned some things around for the company by being good at her job. Bottom line: The workers themselves rather than the agents could give you a much better picture of what this company is about. After all, theyre the ones on the job. And hey, the pays slightly (couple pennies) over min. wage so...Dont starve.

Got recruited at workforce services and was told they had a position I could do based off my skill set, and when I went through the intake process they told that position was available bit is still posted on the state of Utahs job posting page.

This place is great I filled out there application and got an interview the same day. No B.S. test like Remedy Intelligence Staffing, Seriously.

My wife and I were employed with them two years ago, for a only a few weeks. To make a story short my wife and I were shorted about 200-300 combined, when approached they had told us that it was because of taxes... Only an idiot would believe that. They rectified the situation, however in the end when we wanted to cancel our assignment a manager had used threats like as if I were an illegal immigrant that she could destroy. This place is absolutely appalling, they took a great idea and turned into a blue collar workers nightmare! Hopefully, they anger the right person. Scumbags

More like zero stars! I called in twice over a three month span for legit medical reasons and then the next time I call in because the daycare assumes my step son is sick! When he was fine.. The company didnt want me back but synergy said they called me and left me a voicemail.. I called 15 minutes before they closed... Waited all day nothing gabi is liar! My friends at synergy said they fired me! But synergy didnt do what they should have and lied. Im not a usual staffing person so I guess I just expected too much.. From people who highly respresent themselves as trying to help you. Bs staffing liars.

Very poor customer service when asked to speak to the supervisor the first time I was hung up on. The second time I called back the receptionist said she wanted to speak to me I gave her my phone number on her answer machine and still has not contact me to resolve the issues

Not a very good temp or staffing agency. Dont follow through with their word. Pay people different wages for the same job. Dont sign up or bother. If you look at the five star reviews it came from bryan who was a staffing consultant and kelci who does payroll. Kind of deceiving to have employees butter their reviews up.

This is by far the worse staffing agency anyone can go through, If you want to be hung up on after asking for a manager and then when you call back have them keep placing you on hold then this might be the company for you. I however will not go with this company and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and the labor commissions of Utah. When they say an interview its not an interview its an 1 and a half long lets see what you know how to do, waste of your time. Most staffing agencies can send you this in an email so you dont have to waste your time. I dont think companies like this should take advantage of people who need to find work. I hope that companies that are going through them know how the people they might hire are being treated and if I was one of these companies I wouldnt want my company attached to this one.

Went in to look for a part time job while working a full time job already! They were asking me questions as if I’m dumb and laughing that my full Time job schedule doesn’t fit any of the Jobs they were trying to offer! Got a job fast, but the pay was not great, they didnt ask for my job skills, the agent tried ignoring me when I tried to tell him my skills, they answer personal calls in your appointment, they have poor communication, and I do not wish to work with this company any futher, Id tell them that I quit but I can not find the office hours.
