I applied for a position that had been posted online from BBSI and was quickly set up with an interview. Im now on my third week of the job and am loving it. This is my first office job so there was a lot I didnt understand about how things worked and Adrian has been very helpful.

What an amazing company. I had been looking for work for months and kept getting turned down due to my background. I am a Native U.S. born Hispanic who was born in Utah, not an illegal alien. Yet, when I walked in, some blond dude behind the counter made a joke to some other person that worked behind the desk and rolled his eyes and said, Here comes the burrito parade, and laughed. They apparently give the best jobs to white or Caucasian-looking people, I hear from asking around.

Im writing this not based on first experiences with BBSI, but based off an resolution. BBSI has there ups and downs but in all every single person i have interacted with here has done nothing but helped me out in anyway possible.I have had problem after problem this year of 2016 but no matter what the issue its always been an employee of BBSI reaching out to me to find out whats going on and that has some sort of resolution. They never brush a call off quickly, they actually listen and get a good understanding of your issues even though im sure at times thats way out of their duties.BBSI is a place that does exactly what a good staffing agency should. They find you a job and make sure its a good fit and then they continue to check up to make sure everything is working out. Both Cody and Sarah have been fantastic throughout the whole process.

This place is terrible. They found one place for me to interview, I stated the job didnt interest me but to keep me in the loop for others. I was never contacted again. They only care about making their commission.
