Ive had two different distillers form Precision Water (left one behind when we sold a house), and have loved the products for years. Even more, I am amazed by their customer service. Knowledgeable people who answer the phone when you call, and take the time to make sure everything is just the way it should be. I wish all customer support experiences were like this.

Precision water USA is definitely a 5 star company and we highly recommend them. We have been distilling our water for over 20 years as we have very poor water with arsenic in our area. We found Precision Water on the web and have been using their parts for a few years. When our distiller no longer ran, we had to order a new one. We were so happy that it arrived in 2 days. We thought wed be keeping our old distiller for parts but Brady said they may be able to refurbish it so we mailed it to him and gave him a budget of $750. Precision Water is a perfect prime example of how a business should be run. They kept us updated on the repair progress. The repaires were timely and we were pleased that the cost was way less than expected. Everyone was kind and professional. Thank you Precision Water USA.

Brady Jones was very helpful in resolving my problem. He took the time to explain to me how to trouble shoot the float assembly to confirm if it needed to be replaced or not. I was just going to order the new float assembly but it was not needed after all. He saved me more than $100. Now I call that Great Customer Service!!!

Precision Water USA, specifically Brady, has proven to me they are interested in providing service as much if not more than making a sale. My Lifemist NT Pro runs every day and has been in service for almost 20 years. It has performed very well over that time with minimal repairs required. When I have had need for service, Precision Water USA has been available to answer questions, make suggestions and reorder parts to help get me up and running in short order. The current situation however, was beyond my understanding. Brady coached me through the wiring diagram until I was able to find the problem. I want to thank Brady and the team for going the extra mile encouraging me. I might also add that the time they spent on the phone with me saved me alot of time and money. I have had my polar bear water distiller for about 20 years. Very reliable. The few times I have needed a part they have been exceptionally helpful.

Outstanding support from Brady Jones from Precision Water. I needed some help with documentation which Brady provided promptly. What a product those Polar Bear Distillers! I have had mine since 1979 and have made some minor repairs (new boiling tank, top) and now I replaced the 2 micro switches and the boiler pot gasket. Great product those Canadians have made. Too bad they still dont make them.

Precision Water USA is a great source for distillation machines that will last for decades. I have one that was purchased in the late 90s and still works well to this day. I just placed an order for a new heating element with Brady Jones. He is truly the master water guy!!

I am a fan of Precision Water USA, who has great water distiller products and customer service. No, I neither was paid for my endorsement, nor am I an employee of the company. Ever since I learned how much more healthy distilled water was over filtered or reverse osmosis systems, I was sold on distilled water. As well, making it at home is much cheaper in the long run, and I don’t have to buy a lifetime of water filters….I own a Model: PWS 8-5 Water Distiller, and had issues getting it to work after moving it from one residence to another. I lost the charcoal filter cup, and the unit was banged up during the move causing a wire to come loose. The staff at Precision Water USA was both available and helpful in getting my distiller set up again. I don’t write many reviews, but when I come across a very bad or good company, then I try to make time to let others know about them. I have found that this company and their products are high quality.

The service and sale department, especially Brady and Mitch, helped us tremendously because of their expert knowledge and professional manner. Here’s our story: 20 years ago, we purchased PSW 8-5. Amazingly, it still works with a few rare repairs. Precision Water System goes beyond our expectations to help us trouble shoot, repair, and send us correct replacement parts. They are always patience and kind as they address any questions. Now, we have upgraded our distiller with a new PSW 8-8 with wheels from Precision Water System. They continue to exceed our expectations, even shipping out on the same day ordered via FedX. Since the installation of our new distiller, we are convinced it is the same superior quality machine as our old one. Unquestionably the best money we’ve have ever spent as we continue to enjoy the best water ever!
