Ive been coming here for years so happy with all of their service and their eagerness to always answer my questions. I would love to continue coming here for the rest of my life. I trust them theyre always happy to answer my questions they make me feel like Im heard and Im listened to. I can call and ask questions anytime, anytime, they are happy to present options, explain the process through for me and just all around super. Even if I have to owe even or if I have issues theyre always reassuring me that things will get taken care of and it will all work out. Year 2 update: I didnt think DBN Tax could exceed my expectations since we had such a great experience last year, but they certainly have! We worked with Tanner Wagaman this year and he went above and beyond to understand our taxes to maximize our savings and return. We had used Turbo Tax in previous years but this has been a far better experience. Tanner went as far as sitting on hold with the IRS for hours in trying to learn why our taxes had been held up last year. They know more about business taxes than the IRS. We received a notice from a business entity conversion as a result of another CPA firm not filing it correctly. Donald at DBN Tax was able to not only rectify the issue but ended up explaining to the IRS agent that what we were doing was allowable based on current tax laws.
