This safe haven is.. the best barbershop in town. And your girl, Alex really went above and beyond her job and I can tell that she has a real passion for the art she creates. I felt welcomed by everyone there. I will definitely be returning sooner than later for my next one 😎

Chloe Dimond is the best barber I’ve ever had. Yes, she cuts hair very well... BUT what really sets her apart from other barbers is her genuine interest in how YOU are doing.So when I go to her, I’m honestly not just looking forward to the actual haircut. It’s one of the only places I can go to and discuss what’s going on in my life and she’ll listen and give honest advice.I’m not saying go to her for therapy 😂 but that alone shows how much she cares for her clients and you can see that genuine energy in everyone else that works there. You’re not just another client, you’re family.Therapeutic hospitality at its finest!

I came in for a trim and shape, I wanted an undercut to give the back volume. It was a grown out pixie. She cut so much length off I went from it down to my neck to above my ears. I had to go to another barber shop to fix it and even then they couldnt do much because it was too short already... I left with tears in my eyes. The owner gave me a full refund however the damage was already done, Ill never go back.

I LOVE BlackDiamond and can’t wait to get back to Ana! The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxed, and you know you’re in GREAT hands! My hair has never looked better. I took a pause despite their thorough pandemic precautions, and will 100% be back soon!

A waste of $50. Very disappointed in my haircut. Wont be going back. I will say though that most of the people that work here are very good. I believe what happened was that the barber was in a hurry to make the next appointment. She was rushing me out quickly and didnt even give me a chance to see the final cut.

Worst hair cut I have received in my life! Showed them a picture of what I wanted, told me they could do it no problem, and gave me a completely different cut. I’m so sad and will never be going back there.

After getting a mildly terrible haircut at a different barber I found Black Diamond online and absolutely loved my experience. I helped Chloe - the owner - bring in some new plants and was able to make an appointment same day. She did an amazing job. I hate being that guy, but Im picky about my hair. I also owned a salon and so have a good idea of who can and cannot cut hair and she did a great job and I am sure her staff are just as capable. She was incredibly personable, east to talk to and work with. I had a photoshoot later that day for an event I was doing and was nervous that I wouldnt get the haircut I needed but luckily she was so good that everyone at the shoot was complimenting my fade. I know Im a stickler but I could tell she knew what she was doing and after telling her what I wanted once and getting some of her opinion I knew I could rely on her. Really appreciated her asking for my opinion and checking with me the amount she would cut off. Will definitely be back.

So I went in on Saturday to see if they can braid my hair they said sure they can do it with half of my hair cut that’s how I wanted my Design but when it came time to braid my hair they said Oo sorry can’t don’t it if you value your money stay away this place is only for white peoples hair .

Mikayla (hoping I spelled that correctly) was fantastic at giving me advice, especially since I was unsure what I wanted to do with the style. It is the best haircut I’ve had for a while, and she made a potentially scary situation an awesome one!

Got my hair done by puck not too long ago and I love it! Went from really long hair to a pixie cut and have gotten nothing but compliments on it. Puck was great at not only cutting it but letting me know the differences between my hair and the picture of the pixie cut I should him I wanted, as well as, showing me how to style it and how to take care of it. Despite what they say they DO NOT do ethnic hair! Chloe did an ok job on one of my boys. Not what you would get in a black barber shop but it didnt look bad. The other girl kept turning my other boy around and standing at the back of his head so I couldnt see THE BALD spot she left on his head. Didnt notice until we got all the way home. Anybody could have done that to him for free and I could have saved myself a nearly 2 hour round trip drive.

Ana was late for my appointment, which I would have been okay with except she then kept stopping mid haircut and mid conversationcon check her phone and send texts. I found it very unprofessional and a bit rude.
