Sergeant’s towing responded quickly after I’d already been waiting a few hours in a dangerous location at night as my insurance company failed to secure towing service. The driver helped diagnose my very strange problem, and had to be creative hooking me up because I had a wheel that wouldn’t spin. This Vet Improvised, adapted and overcame. When my first choice repair shop couldn’t fit me in the next day, I called on Sergeant’s again to move me to another shop. This time the driver took the time to remove my wheel and put a temporary solution in place before hooking my car up, in order to reduce additional wear or damage to my wheel. The level of concern for the customer is above and beyond from this honest and hard working company.

Very careful tow driver. Not many could have towed a Porsche without tow-hook.He did not scratch the undercarriage at all.

Sergeants towing was the best choice I made to ensure my car was safely transported to its destination. I have a lower car, Subaru WRX, and they ensured that it did not rub or scrape when loading it onto the flat bed. This company is 5 stars. I had a wheel fall off a 12 enclosed trailer at 3:30am, aaa and a couple other companies said they couldnt tow it. This guy was out in no time to save me from the side of the interstate. Not only that but he impressed me by getting a trailer with one wheel on his truck without messing up the trailer. The price was more than reasonable, and cheaper than a aaa membership that doesnt include trailer towing. Thanks a ton, you guys saved me in freezing weather and the middle of the night.

I am absolutely impressed with quality of work here, took great care when loading and towing my vehicle, did it safely and efficiently, recommended a repair shop nearby for my car and they also did a great job. Pricing for the tow was right, driver was very polite and accommodating, will definitely use them again.

I was referred to Sergants towing by my mechanic.my car had burned up over the weekend and I needed it towed,insurance wouldnt cover the tow so I paid 75$cash when the guy came for the title and I also gave him a 5$tip.he kept the money the Tear Apart recycle place gave him which was 130$.i called 2x and spoke to the guy who towed the Rover for me.he said he never got the money.Tear Apart recycle said they gave the money to him.even after I had to go thru my car burning up and being without a vehicle,the guy kept the money that was supposed to be mine from the recyle place.not cool
