7/18/21 was in a car accident on 7/12/21. My vehicle was totaled and The responding officer called Quality Towing to pick it up. They were reasonable enough on Thurs occasion. I cannot speak for others experiences.

I was surprised by the helpful ladies in the office, under the circumstances it was a pleasant experience.

This place is awful to deal with. they will not help anyone through this covid deal. I was willing to pay, and pay them to retow it for me. but they claim they wont due it toill monday and i would have to pay for the weekendvery rude, unwilling to help, just wants to take your money

A friend just shared an incident where someone there named Bill attempted to steal the tires from a truck he had towed into the lot. Please consider helping Bill seek for a new job doing something where he cant exploit people who have had their truck stolen: Maybe doing laundry in the state prison would be a safe place for Bill to work.

I was just thinking about the service I received over 2 years ago, and am finally able to write a review. I got in a car accident and was treated horribly. Obviously if I am still thinking about it, it was not a pleasant situation. Hopefully their customer service has been completely overhauled by now, but I had hands down the most horrible experience. I would rather walk than use this company! Avoid them if you can.
