We watched them chain up a truck to bill them instead of tell them. They were asleep in the truck. We woke up them as they were doing it. Imagine ding this to someone who’s working 60-80 hours a week because of this virus. We way to repay them.

This company harasses truck drivers trying to rest after delivering fema supplies during state of emergency. Not a good business. Please take your business elsewhere. Support patriotic businesses. Not opportunistic ones like this one. Very sad.

I would like the public to know that during this world crisis this worthless company is giving tickets and booting our HERO truckers as they sleep. Making it hard if not impossible for them to deliver our much needed goods. A company with no compassion should not be allowed to exist..

I heard they like to boot big rigs on their break for no reason and dont even try and wake the drivers up. They just boot and leave sign or sticker saying call and charge $300 to remove

With everything thats on going right now. We unloaded late & there was nowhere to park at the very few truck stops. We figure we park at Walmart since there helping in thos crisis. Ready Set Tow in Salt Lake City, UT decide to boot us instead of waking us up & let us know we cant park here. Now we have to pay $300. We were even on a FEMA that got delivered out here. As truck drivers sleep so they can deliver in early morning, this company didnt even wake up the sleeping drivers telling them they have to find another place to park...they just put boots on their wheels and charged them 300 dollars to remove them.

Absolutely one of the worst companies out there. Being in the wrecker business for as long as I have and I see how unprofessional, rude and down right crude this company is makes me ashamed to even be in the same realm as they are. The drivers are disgusting crude and vile. Who ever answers the phone was either inebriated or under the influence of some substance. I can’t even being to see how they are still in business.
