Is a dishonest company with extremely selfish and self serving business practices.Wait until a Friday to announce that they are not renewing their contract with the Housing Authority meaning that All Disabled, Veterans, Low income, Elderly, Handicapped, Previously Homeless Residents are Now Unwanted Residents and must Move out when the contract ends in October.This Company Concept Property Management Inc. Bought the building on 400 East 155 South a Year ago and have always planned on forcing the most Vulnerable demographic out of their homes downtown which is close to ALL of their destinations like dr offices and food banks and social services and Wards.Yet they waited to tell everyone until just a couple of months before the contracts exparation date.I asked multiple times throughout the Year right after they purchased the property about the status of the Section 8 residents future here with Concept property Management and was told every time not to worry, that they were going to take care of their residents, Absolutely nothing to worry about because nothing was going to change with the Section 8.Lied because no one would move into their building knowing that they were going to be kicked out in just a few months anyway forcing them to move again. They couldnt lose any potential income from the rent they would collect right before the renovation placing Money over the lives of the most vunrable people.Everyone could have had a year to find a proper replacement Home, arrange people to help the elderly and disabled move their entire lives and property, make sure that the new place was appropriate for them.Instead its 60 days to rush into the first apartment they can get. No chance to find the perfect apartment and community. Most belongings left or thrown away because it cannot be moved alone.Horrible Company.Decided to let the residents continue personal grudges with each other and even escalate to property damage and extreme harassment with violence without doing anything because they were all being kicked out I. Just a few weeks. Let them tear each other to pieces, police say its a Concept property management issue whe the management say its a police issue while sitting around doing nothing.Residents who voice their concerns with any kind of contempt or criticism are Evicted even though they are being forced to move out in just a few weeks just so they lose their section 8 vouchers which took years on a waiting list to get and the negative credit report rating not to mention future housing issues with land lords unwilling to rent to an evicted person, Attacking Veterans, Elderly,Disabled out of spite and a vindictive attitude. Making hard lives even harder.Scott Cruz is the person responsible for this horrible Companys Dishonest Behavior.Before the property was bought by Concept property management(who havent improved or maintained the place since) the Buildings location and feel was amazing.Its just across the street from Crown burger and a laundromat so the smells wafting into the apartment were divine.Everyone downtown was friendly and the On site management was attentive and solved issues before they blew up into emergency.He worked with the Section 8 folks to help improve their lives and always made sure the elderly had enough food and Electricity during the winter to survive.They actually cared and showed it.Concept property management is all talk and no help.Dont plan on anything getting done or to be taken seriously when moving into the building now.Negative stars for the rating...
